Beautiful lakefront house w very private setting. Waterfront dock on Copeland pond is a very serene, private & non motorized. Fantastic for kayaking, swimming and fishing, boats included. 4 spacious bdrms(2 mstr bdrms w/own bthrms) Huge screened in porch overlooking lake. W/in 10miles of Lake George.Pet friendly w/$120fee billed at check in. Pooltable & Pingpong in gameroom

The house was beautifully decorated and fully stocked - the bedrooms were great and the playroom was an hit with the kids - our family Thanksgiving trip was amazing here!

Amazing family vacation!

Had an incredible time. Got to bring the family dogs which was amazing, they loved the pond. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Karen was available for all questions and helped as needed. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway

This property is fabulous. Loved first floor master bedroom and the rest of family on second floor. We traveled with two daughters, 2 sons in love and 4 grandchildren and two dogs. Plenty of room. Can’t say enough great things about property. You literally do not need to bring a thing, but food.

Great location
.. Great Stay!

Friends and I chose this location to have our annual ice fishing contest. It did not disappoint! House is very clean, user friendly, and the property sits on a small pond with direct access.Communication from the owner was outstanding. Overall, highly recommend and hope to return for a summer stay.

Great holiday stay

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Karen’s property. It is a very quiet and peaceful location, and we enjoyed going to the Lake George and Glens Falls areas as well. Karen is also very easy to reach when needed. Thank you for the winter rest during the busy holiday season!

Lake House

It was clean, quiet, relaxing. Had everything you could possibly need. The house was beautiful. Private with lots of things to do. Would definitely stay here again if up that way. Highly recommended.

A beautiful home in the adirondacks

We just spent a week at this property for our yearly family trip! The house was lovely. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms! Central a/c was amazing due to the humid temps! The outside space is amazing! We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch once the sun went down. We grilled, had bonfires, kayaked, paddle boarded. Overall an amazing week. This home is on a pond, not a lake. Kids did some swimming but adults waited for the day trip to lake George to swim.

House was exactly what we were looking for. Great location and nice, big fire pit to use at the end of the night. Nicely decorated and smelled like Christmas trees. The host was responsive and easy going. Would definitely recommend!

Pet friendly lake house

Our group had a lovely week on Tupper Lane! The best part was that we were able to bring our dogs with us. We’ve never seen them so happy! The house was beautiful and clean. And we really enjoyed the fire pit and screened in porch. Karen was so easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place!

Quiet Retreat

This is a very nice property. The house is large and accommodating for our family of 6 adults & 3 boys ages 10, 12, 14. It was clean and comfortable. The pond at the edge of the property was the biggest attraction. Just about everyone went fishing in the kayaks provided. We recommend it highly.

Hallmark Movie Setting

The property was beautiful, the house was decorated for the holiday and the setting was picture perfect. All your conveniences of home were at your fingertips. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing and safe get away where children can play indoors and outdoors, and adults can relax and unwind. Plenty of games for children to play indoors if there's inclement weather (board games, ping pong, pool, TV's). Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their visit.

Winter Family Bonding Time

We had a spectacular stay on Tupper Lane. We found the home to be beautiful decorated and have everything that we could possibly want or need for our long weekend. We went to Fire on the Mtn a torch lit ski parade and fireworks, snowmobiling, skiing, made s’mores around the fire, played board games, ping pong etc. We made awesome crockpot meals and the table was large enough for all 10 of us to eat together. The host could not have been any more accessible. Thanks for providing us with an amazing stay. We hope to return in the future.

So Awesome

This had to be one of the best houses I have used on VRBO. It is right on the lake with kayaks to use and an outdoor firepit. The area is very quiet and peaceful. There are fish in the lake and even saw some right in front of the dock. Everyone in our group enjoyed eating together in the dining area but there is also seating outside to enjoy the nature. The basement has a pool table and ping pong so later nights were spent down there listening to music where we had lots of laughs. Loved having coffee down on the dock in the early morning --Very peaceful. Excellent communication with Karen. She is the best!

New Years get together

We looked last minute to get family from 3 locations (Winnipeg, Montreal, Phoenix) together for a New Years get together. Found this property and booked it. It was incredible!! Excellent downstairs suite, plus tons of sleeping arrangements upstairs, not to mention plenty of bathrooms (no one wants to stay 10 people with 1 bathroom!!) House was beautifully decorated for Christmas which just made it extra special. Ping Pong and pool downstairs for the teenage boy and a large family room for football watching. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Property was beautiful, can't wait to come back in the summer to make use of the pond! Thank you for making our stay feel like a home away from home!

Thanksgiving at Home Away From Home

We rented this house so that we could maximize our time as a family during Thanksgiving as our oldest lives and works in the area. We successfully cooked a complete Thanksgiving meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Our two adult sons slept comfortably in their separate bedrooms while we enjoyed our own private suite. We really enjoyed hiking in the area and playing ping pong and pool when the weather was not cooperating. Karen was VERY responsive to any question that would arise. This place is truly a home in that it has all of the amenities one would expect such as Wi-Fi and is very comfortable with very nice furniture and decorations done in a true Adirondack theme. Highly Recommended!
