Welcome to Viewtopia's spacious Dollar Point home that features an amazing view of Lake Tahoe! The view toward Tahoe's East Shore ensures you have the best seats for morning sun rises and evening moon rises.

This home boasts a large comfortable great room offering views of Lake Tahoe. A gas log fireplace makes the living room cozy on cool Tahoe nights. The very well equipped kitchen is off the great room - perfect for the social cook. The upstairs roomy loft is nice for a quiet read or family board games. There are two master bedrooms - both with a gorgeous view of Lake Tahoe and two additional bedrooms.

A great all year round location central to North Lake Tahoe. You can ride the bike path to Tahoe City, along the Truckee River and down the West Shore of Tahoe. For the more adventurous, just up the hill is the Tahoe City Cross Country Area for summer mountain biking or winter Nordic skiing. About 20 minutes away are the Ski Resorts Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Palisades, Homewood, and Mount Rose. The North Shore of Lake Tahoe, from Tahoe City to Kings Beach, offers a wonderful variety of restaurants, shopping and nightlife including casinos.

Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
