Lakeview Delight dispose d'un grand pont, de deux petits ponts et d'un bain à remous. Il a 3 chambres principales, 3. 5 salles de bains et un bureau qui peut être utilisé comme une 4ème chambre.

CONFIGURATION DOMESTIQUE:
Lorsque vous franchissez la porte, vous trouverez l'entrée principale avec une grande buanderie sur le côté. Entrez un peu plus loin et vous serez submergé par la vue magnifique sur le lac. L'étage principal de Lakeview Delight comprend un salon lumineux et ouvert avec des canapés confortables et une télévision grand écran HD. Vous trouverez également une grande terrasse, une cuisine ensoleillée bien équipée pour tous vos besoins de divertissement et une salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à dix personnes. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent également une demi-salle de bains et un bureau / salle de jeux pouvant servir de chambre à coucher.

Le rez-de-chaussée abrite les 3 chambres principales et la salle de bain commune. La chambre des enfants comprend un lit superposé et un lit double. Il y a deux chambres de maître en bas avec des lits queen size. Les deux maîtres offrent une vue sur le lac et on a le bain à remous juste devant la porte.

EMPLACEMENT:
Cette maison est située en face du lac et se trouve à quelques pas de la magnifique jetée et de la plage de Dollar Point. En été, un rapide trajet en voiture vous permettra d’accéder à la piscine et aux courts de tennis.

En été, vous pourrez profiter du réseau de pistes cyclables situé à proximité, qui vous mènera à Tahoe City le long du lac et vous permettra d'accéder facilement à Squaw Valley par une piste cyclable longeant la rivière Truckee. Il existe de nombreux magasins à Tahoe City et de bons restaurants tout au long des rives ouest et nord du lac. Les casinos de la Côte-Nord sont à 15-20 minutes.

En hiver, cette maison est proche des stations de ski Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar et Homewood, ainsi que du domaine de ski de fond Tahoe.

Amazing Views and Accomodations

Our group had a great time! The property is exactly as listed and had everything we were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked to host our group. The view of the lake was beautiful. The hosts are responsive and helped to resolve issues as soon as they could. Would return in a heartbeat!

Family vacation

There is a stunning view of the lake and a luxurious house with many amenities. This was by far the best family vacation we have had in the mountains during winter time.

Family trip to Lake Tahoe

Everyone liked the property. Bedrooms were good. Kitchen area was perfect. We ate at the dining room table a couple times. We also used the living room TV and enjoyed it. The house was well stocked with most everything we needed. We did request some additional fans and they were delivered promptly.

An amazing vacation rental property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated my 60th birthday this past weekend in this property, and it was amazing. Gorgeous windows all around to take in the beauty of the Lake and trees. Chipmunks, squirrels and birds all about. Beds are comfortable and this was the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. If you want to stay in and cook, the cookware is very nice and there are leftover containers for you to use while you are there. Bring your Nespresso pods (original) or just use regular coffee. You have both options. The deck is nice and sunny and even in cooler temperatures, it is very pleasant and warm. The owners spared no expense for your comfort during your visit. Don't hesitate to rent this lovely place. The garage is not connected to the house, just just be aware.

Beautiful Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Firstly, the house was absolutely beautiful, exceeding our expectations in many ways. The kitchen was remarkably well-equipped, making our meal preparations a breeze. We were also blown away by the gorgeous views and the convenient location that allowed us easy access to local attractions.However, there were some issues that I believe warrant your attention:1. Construction Noise: Our mornings were disrupted by construction work that started at 7:30 am. Make sure to check with the Property Management was the progress is on the house that is being build right in front (lakerow).2. Electrical Wiring: Breakers tend to blow when using too many devices (e.g. dryer and stove)3. Couch Condition: The living room couch is outdated and uncomfortable, with springs sticking out. This was disappointing for such a high-end property. When addressing this, property management said this will be worked on.4. Outdoor Deck: While beautiful, the deck could benefit from some dusting, as there were a lot of spiders. But again, the views make up for it.5. Missing Blinds: The absence of blinds caused the house to heat up considerably during the day. Just keep this in mind depending of the time of year you are looking to book this property for. Also it looked like they will install them at one point as there was wiring for blinds. In summary we really enjoyed our stay and again the property is beautiful. Just minor things we wanted to make sure someone would know before booking.

Wonderful Week

Everything about this house was fabulous, from the gorgeous view of the lake to the well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and immaculately clean bathrooms. I don't usually take the time to write a review, but this house was truly spectacular and deserves to be acknowledged!

Gorgeous Lake + Mountain Views in a Chill Neighborhood

Flying in from New England - and therefore not familiar w/Tahoe - we looked at properties on all parts of the lake before settling on this one. Turns out: this was 100% the right call. Why? First off, the neighborhood was ideal. We were up for the 4th of July week, and the area was absolutely packed — gridlock in the bigger towns, and huge crowds everywhere. But Dollar Point? All residential and off the main road, so it's a perfect, quiet spot to decompress after a day on the lake, hiking in the mountains, or shopping in town. It's also just 10 minutes away from a CVS, Safeway, and all the shops and restaurants of Tahoe City, which (in our experience) had the most charm of anyplace on the lake. The house itself is every bit as gorgeous as the photos suggest: an ideal blend of modern & comfortable, with stunning views of the lake and snow-capped mountains. The huge and beautiful kitchen was well appointed and well-supplied, which made it easy to enjoy staying in for family meals, and the kids all loved the full streaming options on the giant HDTV. Bedrooms and baths were all terrifically comfortable and modern, and the large hot tub got a lot of use and love from my kids. 2 minor FYIs: 1) We were staggered by the pollen in the area. No joke; it blew in through the windows, the car was covered in yellow dust every time we went out, and we ALL became fans of Zyrtec. 2) No A/C means it gets VERY hot (even at altitude) in mid-summer. This is the only thing we'd change.

Very Nice Family Reunion & Palisades Tahoe Ski Weekend

The property manager for this house was the best and a pleasure to deal with. We were allowed to access the house one hour before the official check in time. The house was immaculate, clean, and in perfect condition when we arrived. Every light bulb in the house was in working order including the recessed lights high up in the vaulted ceiling. Each bathroom had heated floors. The shower water was hot, had good pressure, and we never ran out. The kitchen has a huge quartzite island and counters. All the kitchen appliances including an under-the-counter wine refrigerator were high end and in working order. In terms of kitchen equipment and utensils, we had everything we needed to fix our 3 dinners in the house. We did bring our own waffle maker. The house is set up very well for remote workers. There is an office on the main floor that was quite functional, quiet, and private (room has a door). My son had to use it for work and a couple of meetings and was quite pleased with it. The office comes with a flat screen HP monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer. There was an ethernet cable in the office that could be accessed as well for a direct network connection to your computer. There is a nice ski boot warmer/dryer in the office as well. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, it reached all spaces in the house, and it was extremely stable. That doesn’t happen by accident and is another aspect of the house that is done well by the home owner. I took two speed test measurements and they averaged 185 Mbps download and 11.1 Mbps upload (from cable).. The television in the living room is of high quality with excellent content sources. Disney+, and live TV programming were available (cable service). There are spare HDMI ports on the television available for which to connect gaming consoles but they are a bit difficult to reach because of the tight space between the television and the wall that it is mounted to. The driveway can easily handle two parked cars and it was easy to pull in and out of (we had two large SUVs). It was very nice to have access to the garage. My rental SUV, a Ford Expedition, did fit in the garage but just barely. The garage had snow shovels and salt bags to allow you to take care of any small issues from a snow fall (we needed to use them once). If you want to use the fireplace, you should plan on bringing your own wood. The owner does not supply it and you don’t want to count on what wood is left in the house.

A wide open main floor with a beautiful view of the lake and comfortable space for cooking and relaxing by the fire. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable and extra linens and towels are available. Conveniently located (15 mins to Palisades) and shopping and restaurants (5 mins). Plenty of games and the hot tub were a welcome addition when were snowed in. Interaction with the Tahoe Rental Company was very professional and timely for the few things we needed. Overall, a great stay in a wonderful home.
