Chic Modern Residence with Heated Pool, Jacuzzi & BBQ

Feel perfectly at home in this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with heated pool and jacuzzi!

This home is located in a Beverly Grove, a prime LA location: Walk to The Grove, Original Farmer’s Market, Beverly Center, Museums, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and trendy West 3rd St. Discover great restaurants and shops within walking distance and everything fun and fantastic that this great city has to offer. Fine shopping is all nearby.

Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.

The cozy living room is set up with a comfortable couch for you to relax and a 50" Samsung TV with Netflix access where you can watch your favorite movies after the long sightseeing and working.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and private access to the patio and pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds and a dedicated workspace.

There's a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need and a dining area to make your favorite meal.

You don't have to worry because guests will be provided with sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels and a washer & a dryer!

Relax in the back patio featuring a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating or have fun with your friends and family in the fabulous non-heated pool and a jacuzzi which can be heated upon request.

A high-speed Wi-Fi with an internet speed of 120 Mbps, a front garden, and a Tesla charging station are all provided during your stay!

There are 2 cars parking in driveway and 1 street parking with permit available.

* No loud party or any event is allowed.

*Lost parking permit fee is $200.

*We have NO fence around the pool so it’s imperative you supervise children the entire time.

*Pool Level - Entrance side is 3 feet and deep side is 8 feet.

*Please contact us for the Spa heating time.

*There are no security cameras inside and outside the house.

NOTE: Pool and jacuzzi heating is an extra $100 per day (heating for both pool and hot tub is only available from April to October.) 
The pool and jacuzzi are accessible from 8 am to 10 pm.

*Please make sure your vehicle isn't parked in the way of the garbage bins.  Someone will come roll the bins out on Thursday and roll them back in on Friday.

Exceeded our expectations!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property in charming Beverly Grove! From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. The kitchen was fully stocked—and then some—making it easy to cook meals and gather as a family. Thoughtful touches like an incredible selection of books and games added to the charm.The home comfortably accommodated our multigenerational group (ages 14 to 82), with cozy beds, plush linens, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. We especially loved the front courtyard, with fruit trees and a lovely bench perfect for sipping morning coffee or tea.The location couldn’t have been better—tucked in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the Farmers Market and The Grove, where we found an amazing variety of foods and shopping. Whether we were craving gourmet treats or exploring boutique shops, it was all right at our fingertips.But the backyard truly stole the show. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and well-enjoyed by all, surrounded by lush plantings—from vibrant bougainvillea to fragrant confederate jasmine in bloom. The bird of paradise, bamboo, and overall landscaping created a tranquil, tropical feel. Evenings under the string lights, swimming beneath the moon or playing chess at the outdoor table, felt downright magical. Our 14-year-old especially loved the ping pong table—we had some lively matches that became instant memories.We reached out to the host a couple of times, and they were quick, kind, and professional in every i

Spring break headache

I brought my family to LA for the week to visit other family in the area. Overall, we had a great time despite the issues we encountered. We had to pay extra to heat the pool/jacuzzi, to the tune of 100 a day. I made multiple requests to the property manager to ensure it would be ready and it never happened. And after requesting a refund for services we never received, they never refunded us the money. The house itself was in a decent location for us, although there was construction going on at the building on the corner, so the street was packed with workers vehicles and loud noise every morning at the crack of dawn. When we arrived the house was semi clean, but very dated from the pictures. The one thing I was really not impressed with was the master bath was a Jack and Jill style with the kids bedroom. The bathroom rug was still damp and had stains on it. The sheets in the master bedroom also had what looked like dried blood stains on them and there were no extra sheets in the chest at the foot of the bed as described. We ended up sleeping on an extra blanket. The refrigerator ice maker leaked, so we were constantly wiping up the floor. There were cobwebs and a spider in the master shower. It just felt dingy.

House is conveniently located and well appointed. Owner was super responsive and helpful. Worked well for my family - 4 adults and one teen. Recommended for work or family stay in the heart of urban area.

Great home base to explore LA

Our family of 5 adults really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean, well equipped home in the lovely neighborhood of Beverly Grove. The location was perfect to explore LA. We walked to The Grove/Farmers Market, restaurants, Tar Pits, Academy Museum and had a short drive to other sights. We enjoyed the private backyard with pool most afternoons during our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and neighborhood was safe and quiet. Host was very helpful with suggestions for groceries and restaurants.

Quiet neighborhood close to everything

My family and I stayed at this adorable house for a week and loved it! We have never stayed at a VRBO that was as well equipped with top notch cooking supplies. It was cold and rainy so we weren’t able to take advantage of the pool or back yard but we loved the magical front yard. Every time we parked in the driveway, we commented on how charming it was (kumquat tree, olive tree, blood orange & lemon tree - it was serene and picture perfect). The beds were so comfortable with linens that I would use in my own home. I felt like I was visiting a friends home, with beautiful artwork and lovely furniture. And dealing with Michael was a breeze! If available, we will definitely stay again on our next trip to LA!
