Upon entry into the duplex, you'll be greeted with a large, open space perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring or working or entertaining your family and friends. You'll find a huge and comfortable sectional couch and big screen tv. This space opens up to the dining table to allow seating all in one space. Also in this large room is the desk and work space, for any working professionals needing to squeeze in some work. Head into the kitchen and find everything you need to cook, sip and host. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. Down the stairs is a full sized laundry room and out the back door is a private yard area. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms. Both rooms have comfort in mind, each sporting a hybrid luxury mattress. One room is equipped with a king sized bed, full sized comfortable futon, a sitting chair, and a large screen tv. The other room has a queen bed and sitting chair. The bathroom has a modern and clean feel with all new tile, and hosts a tub and shower.
