Excellent place to stay

This was a great property to stay at in the Denver area, the house was clean and had all the kitchen amenities that we need to make a Thanksgiving dinner.

Pam was a great host! She checked up on us throughout the duration of our stay and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The house was clean and that the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We appreciated that she had baby furniture which made the trip with a one year old just a tad bit easier.

Wonderful place and owners!

We have stayed at this house many times and the location is perfect. It is next to my brothers house, the property is very comfortable, and the owners bend over backwards to make sure our stay is positive experience!

Denver Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this rental property! The listing was completely accurate, and everything was just as described. The house was spotless upon arrival, and we felt comfortable and at home right away. Its location was perfect—just a short drive to some amazing attractions and local gems. Clean, updated, and room to stretch out

Loved the house and the thought that was put into it for the purpose of short-term rental. Communication was great. The only thing I would change would be the beds, as they are a bit uncomfortable and small.

We had a lovely time staying at this property. The hosts were attentive and responsive to any questions. I’m a little picky about cleanliness and felt completely comfortable and at ease here. The space was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to explore the area. I enjoyed sitting and reading on the back porch area. The kitchen was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. It was also great to have an up and downstairs living space to spread out. Thank you for hosting our family!

Cute house, quiet neighborhood

This property was just as advertised. It was clean and well maintained. During our stay (our family plus 2 extra teenage friends of our kids), there were a few extra touches we appreciated: -Cold bottled water in the fridge -Shampoo, conditioner, body soap products stocked in the showers -Some board games downstairs -Coffee, tea and sugar in the kitchen -Streaming televisions upstairs and downstairs with Netflix The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Our stay was short, but restful!

AMAZING PLACE

This property was just perfect for our five day stay in Denver. It is perfectly situated between Denver and nearby Denver sites, like Red Rock, Lookout Mountain, Boulder, and more. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want while away from home (and, in fact, may be better stocked than my kitchen at home!). All the beds were super comfortable. It has two large family rooms, which was perfect for us. The towels and bedding were really soft and nice. And we really appreciated the ample bottled water to keep us hydrated while we adjusted for Denver's high-altitude air! The house was incredibly clean, and we felt like the owners anticipated our every need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A hidden gem!

Very impressed. Property & home were wonderful & exactly as described. The house was clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything we needed including some nice extras - bottled water, coffee k-pods, and (much to my kids' delight) hot chocolate, & apple cider. Pam was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed, despite our short stay. Check-in & check-out couldn't have been any smoother. Home is in a lovely & quiet neighborhood with Olde Town Arvada just a five minute drive away. I wish we could've stayed longer! This is our new go-to place when staying in Denver.

Great Stay in Arvada

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything from pots and pans to Kcups for coffee. The property is located in a great neighborhood, just a short drive from Red Rocks Amphitheatre and downtown Denver. There are also a number of restaurants and shops within a short drive. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. She communicated via text and ensured we were enjoying our vacation, and left us some treats in the Fridge! Overall, we had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our time in Colorado. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Arvada.

great location

Very central location, perfect size house and space for our group of 8, and everything was very clean and comfortable. When a small maintenance issue came up at the property- the property manager was very prompt and responsive and solved the problem quickly. Great spot: we visited Red rocks, Boulder and Westminster- all very easy. There are lots of stores close by too.
