Welcome to the Denver Haven, the perfect location for all your Colorado travels. 5 minutes from Historic Heritage Park, where there are many different seasonal events. In the Downtown Belmar Area, where you'll find an outdoor plaza, ice skating, all your favorite shops and restaurants. It's a 10 minute drive to Denver and easy access to i-70 and mountains, central to all your Colorado traveling needs. This home offers 3 good sized comfortable queen bedrooms, 1 being the master suite with a private bathroom, all located on the main floor, along with a living room equipped with an extra comfortable sleeper sofa, 3 bathrooms and a full separate game room in the basement, where you'll also find the the private office. The rooms have luxury mattresses and bedding for your end of day relaxation after adventuring around Colorado, plus a kitchen stocked with all the extra amenities you may need. Venture onto the back covered patio, and enjoy dinner or a drink, or play yard games in the big fenced in yard.
