Seabrook Studio I - Walk to the beach!

We welcome you to our Seabrook condo located on the 2nd floor of a secure building at Shore Club with elevator access. The studio offers a balcony overlooking the marsh to view beautiful sunsets. It has been recently renovated with new flooring, paint, bathroom vanity and kitchenette area.

The unit has one queen bed, a twin futon sofa, 2 person dining area, 50” smart TV, nicely equipped kitchenette and full bath. It sleeps 2-3 and comes with 1 parking spot.

Going to a show? We are just 2.4 miles from Blue Ocean Music Hall in Salisbury MA and 2.9 miles from the Casino Ballroom in Hampton NH.

Linens, WiFi, and cable TV are included. The kitchenette is stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig, plates, glasses, and utensils.

The condo is a short 5 minute walk to Seabrook NH or Salisbury MA beaches. There are restaurants, ice cream, a mini-mart and Dunkin within walking distance and it is conveniently located just over two miles to Hampton Beach center to the North or Salisbury Beach center to the south.

Salisbury State Beach

Great location. Quiet accommodations with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance and easy commute to meet up with family that was camping at the beach. Would definitely book another stay.

Short walk to Seabrook Beach

The apartment was comfortable, perfectly appointed, and in a quiet bldg. Balcony overlooking a peaceful marsh made for serene mornings. Short walk to a mini mart and Dunkin Donuts, and cross just one street and you’re at the beach! Less than a 10 min drive to Hampton Beach and Salisbury Beach.

Great location to beaches, which we walked to and the use of beach chairs from the condo. Clean and cute. It would have been nice to have an iron and board and I night light in the bathroom.

Wonderful condo!

This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities you would need. Safe and secure building. The condo has comfortable furniture and bed with lots of storage too. The views of the marsh can be beat. The sunsets are just magnificent from the balcony. The beach is just a short walk away., and close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend this condo. Nichole has been great host.

Better than the photos!

We loved staying here! While we never met Nicole, she was quick to respond to any questions we had no matter how small. The studio was very cute and looked even better than in the photos! We plan on coming back for another nice weekend getaway! The only problems we had were with the microwave; it sticks out over the sink and it took awhile to get used to it so we did t keep bumping our heads. We had a great time!

Inviting and comfortable Condo

We had a lovely stay at this well appointed studio apartment, just as described and shown in the photos. The view from the balcony was calming and watching the tide change the wetland landscape was such a pleasure. Not to mention the sunset. Saturday evening we preferred lobster and champagne in their cozy condo to dining out, followed by a movie. The owners also graciously let us extend our stay into the afternoon since it rained on Saturday and we were unable to go to the beach. Sunday was perfect and they were very patient with our delayed departure. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful condo, beautiful view and so clean !

We just loved it !! 😍 We would have stayed longer. We had such a lovely stay. Everything is just as described and shown in the photos. The view from the balcony was so beautiful calming and felt so at peace. The sunset is just breathtaking from the balcony. This is a very beautiful condo with all the amenities you would need. Safe clean and secure building. The condo has comfortable furniture and bed with lots of storage too. The decor is so nice as well. The beach is just a short walk away and close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. Not to mention the ice cream place right across the street👌.I highly highly recommend this beautiful place. Nicole has been such a great host and very nice😊 We will definitely come back👍

Nice space for 2

The condo was well located for what we wanted. We were able to walk to the beach in 8-10 minutes & the well known Browns was within walking distance. The place was well stocked with all we needed - cleaning products, bathing & kitchen products, kitchenware (including hot plate & toaster), plush towels & a comfortable bed. It was the perfect get away.

Petit condo récent, sécuritaire, propre et bien aménagé. À distance de marche de plusieurs resto, lobster pound, crémerie, etc. ET DE LA PLAGE (secteur sans surveillance, par contre) !!! Fabuleux couchés de soleil sur le marais !!! Communication courtoise, rapide et efficace avec l'hôte !!! J'ai déjà hâte d'y revenir !!!

Excellent condo

Nicole, the owner, was a great communicator, everything (obtaining entry, expectations when leaving condo, description of condo and what is included in rental etc) a renter would want to know is clearly stated accurately. If we are ever in need of a condo in the area we would enjoy returning.

Outstanding property with an outstanding host!

We were traveling from 3 hours away. Nicole asked us to keep her informed on our arrival so she could meet us. Traffic made our trip very difficult to predict any kind of arrival time. Nicole was extremely accommodating and did not seem frustrated in the least that our arrival delayed any kind of plans for her. She made sure we were taken care of and made herself available for any questions or issues. We highly recommend and we will most certainly be back!
