Overall a great stay. Perfect location and a huge plus for parking. We arrived late and the 1st lock box was a challenge for a short person but we eventually got it. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic, with many of our favorite spots in Capitola just a short walk or drive away. The views were beautiful, and the property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy everything Capitola has to offer. We would happily stay here again!

great location! Can walk anywhere in the Village. Be prepared for noise in the living room as the three way intersection is right outside. However things quiet down after 9:00 pm.

This place is close to the beach and the view is amazing! We really liked staying here and having two parking spots was a huge plus for us ! We would definitely stay here again! :)

Our stay was an exceptional memory. The location of this place was so nice. We could see the cute town of Capitola, the wharf and the beach from our patio. Our family likes to do a lot on vacation with the enjoyment of our main stay on the beach relaxing and the adult kids surfing. All of the check out procedures were very simple and took little time to do which was also nice.

We had a blast staying at this condo. The town was an easy 2 minute walk over the bridge to many restaurants. We loved going for an evening walk to the ice cream spot. Easy access to the beach. Communication with the owner was awesome and very helpful. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Capitola.The house was in a perfect location and view of the ocean from the balcony.It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants in the area.The house was spacious and very nice.Great family fun.

Four of us stayed here for a week. Unit was very spacious, location very convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants. Everything in the unit was as described. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect weekend, perfect location, incredible access to Capitola and the coast. We had activities planned at the beach and up in the Santa Cruz Mountains and easily made our way around. Walking everywhere and snagging the occasional Uber allowed us to leave our cars parked the entire time!

Have stayed in this compex many times over the years but this was the first time since Surf City became the management and have to say we are very happy with them. Communication with them was prompt and informative for what we needed,
