We really like the location on the west side of Panama City Beach, close to Pier Park, and several of our favorite spots. The condo was clean, spacious, and inviting. That part of the beach was not crowded at all.

Great condo. Host was very easy to contact and check in was easy. Great location near Pier Park. It was Memorial Day weekend and it was not crowded on the beach . It sits between two smaller condos so the beach traffic was not high.

Owner was very easy to communicate with! Very surprised about brooms and cleaner and hand soaps left by every sink was great to have most places don’t have for you !Very pretty furniture and decor! Crowded pool and hot tub Always so made it hard to use !Checking in after office was closed was horrible because you couldn’t find a cart to put your luggage on.But condo and owner was great and condo clean ! Kudos to cleaners !!

Great condo at a great location!

We loved the location and relatively sparsely populated beach. We’ve stayed at several condos where the beach was packed with people and this was very relaxing. Also very convenient to the Pier and other amenities. Condo was spacious, clean, and wonderful, and the owner was wonderful with communication and flexibility

Excellent location and Clean

The property was as advertised. Really enjoyed the three bedrooms and bathrooms. Kids loved the bunk beds. Highly recommend this condo and the property owner was very thorough in the check in/out process which streamlined the process very well!

Perfect Getaway

We loved the condo and the security, the pool wasn't overcrowded with people who were not guests of the condo. We loved having the beach chairs included with our condo. Another big plus was a semi stocked pantry with some of the essentials.

Perfect!

This property is beautiful and has a great view of the beach. Very nice pool area with a bar. Great for families. The only issues were the pull out sofa was not all that comfortable and the elevators sometimes took a long while to get to your floor, but we definitely would go back!

Hi Brittany, I appreciate the review. Sorry that the pullout bed was not as comfortable as it could be. The sofa bed is less than 2 yrs old and we paid extra for the better mattress. Great place!

We loved everything about it. Everything is exactly as listed. The beach was way less crowded than other condos we’ve stayed in the past. Beautiful condo. Owner was easy to get in touch with, always replied quickly with answers to our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach getaway

Beautiful condo right on the beach with an amazing view and close to all the amenities. The condo was beautiful and came as advertised. Beach service was outstanding and the rep on site was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great trip that the whole family loved! Would recommend to all!

Memorial Day 2020

We enjoyed this large unit. It was extremely helpful having 3 full bathrooms. The proximity to Pier Park is great. Just a short beautiful walk to restaurants, shopping, and the pier. Dino was very prompt and a great host.

We really enjoyed our stay for the week. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were all large and updated. The condo was very clean. And my husband is very particular about cleaning. Patio furniture was really nice and we spent a lot of time out on the balcony when we weren’t on the beach or at the pool. Tiki bar was a nice amenity. A little expensive, but a nice splurge on vacation. Close to great restaurants and shopping, but not in the middle of the crowds that we could see further up the beach. Beach chair service included was definitely a plus. There is a drainage ditch beside the condo, on the beach, that is a bit of an eye sore, but other than that, everything was just perfect. Definitely recommend!

Great unit

This unit is great for multiple families. We had two families (8 people) and this unit was perfect. Having 3 bathrooms was so nice! Dino was very easy to reach and made sure everything was in place prior to arriving. The room was clean and spacious. The location is on the quiet end of PCB and the beach was not crowded compared to others areas, but still convenient to Pier Park and Back Beach Rd to get to Thomas Dr and the other end of Front Beach quickly. Overall, we will definitely stay here again!

Quiet & convenient

Upon arrival, parking deck was half empty so that was a plus. Resort is nice and quiet, great for families. Enjoyed the convenience of being close to everything. Stayed in room 1404, very clean and kitchen was stocked. Property owner was very responsive. Definitely will want to stay here again. Downside is the elevator. There is only one functioning for the entire resort. It’s a mess at peak times. I hope it’s fixed promptly because it’s definitely an inconvenience at times.

Excellent Condo

We just got back from a week's stay in this condo and enjoyed every minute. There were a couple of issues when we got there but Dino was already aware of them and they were fixed quickly. Perfect location - close to Pier Park and a grocery store. Not a super crowded beach area. Elevators were quick. We LOVED having three full bathrooms since we had 8 people with us. Our only complaint was the $50 parking fee we had to pay per car. This should be included in the stay. Other than that, great week and will hopefully have the chance to stay here again!

Great trip!

The condo was really nice and the communication with Dino was fantastic! I had one minor cleaning issue and it was addressed and fixed right away. The only recommendation I would give is more towels in each bathroom. There were only two in each and we had 7 people so we had to wash towels constantly. Also, not sure if the owners know but there are only two cereal bowls. So make sure you buy some throw away ones. Over all we had a really great trip!

Beautiful Property, confusing check in

Property was beautiful. Just some small maintenance issues with lightbulbs etc. but they had toys and some supplies left in the pantry. Definitely needs cooking sheets and a few more kitchen supplies. We were never told about the $50 parking pass, no instructions to check in with the garages attendant etc. Codes on the door didn’t work. Got 2 tickets in the garage for strange parking rules. Condo was great, but logistics were not.

Hi Jenny, so glad that you enjoyed the property. I apologize about the checkin code not working and the confusion with the parking. The new board has been in the process of implementing a new check in system and it had some kinks, i believe the process is going better now. Let me know if the tickets you received had any fees and if so i will reimburse you. The $50 parking/ registration fee was stated on the Rental agreement and also on the Welcome to Sterling Breeze check in form i sent you on march 29th thru the VRBO email Inbox . Gulf Coast Jam Trip

Condo was unit 1404. My wife and I and our 2 teenage kids stayed here mainly to attend Gulf Coast Jam. This unit is in Sterling Breeze, which we have stayed at multiple times. We love the beach access, pool, amenities, etc. It is within 10-15 minute walking distance to Pier Park, and was also a reasonable walking distance to Frank Brown Park where the concert was being held. The unit itself was clean, spacious, updated sufficiently, and had all the basic necessities that we needed. We were a party of 4, but a party of 6 would fit comfortably as well. The balcony is large with nice balcony furniture and an updated electric grill. The entire Sterling Breeze complex has improved significantly over the past few years. The elevators are especially improved...they used to be very slow but now they are quick with very minimal wait times. There's a nice pool, hot tub, firepit, and a bar/grill that has also improved in recent years with plenty of drink and food options. Would definitely stay in this unit again if needed.
