Updated, quiet condo on Main Street! Walk into an inviting living space with brand new kitchen, open layout, large windows and gas fireplace. Walk to anything in Breck or hop on the free trolly. Master bedroom features a king with attached bath while the guest bedroom has a queen plus bunk bed and its own attached bath. In-unit laundry and detached 1 car heated garage are other bonuses. Onsite hot tubs plus access to heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center and steam room!
The space:
âą Living room with gas fireplace, sofa and two arm chairs. Sofa has a queen pullout bed for additional sleeping.
âą Dining area.
âą Full kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve a meal plus breakfast bar. Brand new everything!
âą Dedicated workspace.
âą Master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom with shower, separate tub and double vanity.
âą Second bedroom with queen bed plus bunk bed and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.
âą In-unit washer/dryer.
Outdoor Area:
âą Patio with table and chairs. Private garden feel in the summer.
Building and Amenities:
âą Detached one car heated garage. Bring your cable and keep your car charged!
âą Two onsite outdoor hot tubs.
âą Access to Main Street Station amenities including outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, locker rooms with steam shower, owner's lounge, day lockers and media room. **The wall around the pool will be undergoing repairs this fall, 2025. As far as we know the pool area and 4 hot tubs will still be open during repairs. We will update once we have dates or any other information.*The three outdoor hot tubs at the fitness center will be resurfaced this fall, 2025 and will be closed. We will update here once we have any dates or more information.
âą Charter Sports in Main Street Station will provide complimentary overnight ski valet so you do not have to carry your equipment back to the condo. Located in Main Street Station (near the base of Peak 9).They are open 8am-7pm until the last couple weeks of the season.
Location:
âą Located on Main Street and only a short walk to shops and restaurants in La Cima Mall.
âą Across the street from the Ice Rink and Train Playground Park, great for kids in the summer an winter.
âą Walk from the condo to the Troll Trail to see the famous Isak Heartstone wooden troll created by a Danish artist.
âą Carter Park free sledding hill is just a couple blocks away and walkable.
âą Ski slope access: The closest lift to this property is the Quicksilver Lift at the Base of Peak 9, in the Village, about a 10-15 minute walk. The other option is to take the bus that stops directly in front of the unit and take it two stops. It'll stop across the street from the Village and it is just a short walk to the Quicksilver lift from there. The bus will also continue on to the Gondola which goes to the base of Peak 7 and 8.

âą Walkable to everything Breck has to offer! The train park, troll hike and Carter Park are all within a block.
*Please note that Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season. Scheduled closing date 4/12/26.

Parking Limit: 1 car in private garage, availability to park 1 other car in the outdoor guest spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis (not guaranteed). Additional or oversized cars may be parked across the street at the Ice Rink Lot (paid overnight parking).

âą The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
âą The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
âą There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
âą Hot tub towels are provided.

» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
