🏡 HOME:
This home is part of a duplex with a front entry. Owner (Me, Eric) lives in the upstairs unit. The yard is a shared space with the owner.

🏡 NEIGHBORHOOD:
The neighborhood is semi-industrial and there is some truck/forklift noise from a nearby warehouse. (I work from home and it doesn't bother me; usually I'm listening to music so I barely hear it.)

🏡 PARKING:
There is one off-street parking spot in front of the house that you can use, if desired. There's also ample street parking.

🏡 AMENITIES:
As this is a long-term stay, you will be responsible for providing your own paper towels and toilet paper, soap/shampoo, cooking oil, etc. I will of course provide some upon check-in to get you started though!

🏡 PETS:
There are currently no pets living on the property. You may bring one small, non-shedding, well-behaved cat or dog with an additional pet fee. I just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on or scratch the furniture!
