Perfect house for families.

Home was set up well for large groups and was walking distance to the resort which was great for our young grandchildren. The resort was enjoyed by everyone, especially the lazy river. Emily was responsive to our needs through text messaging. Unfortunately, not able to speak to anyone personally which would have been easier. There was an issue with the sliding door to the patio that wasn’t fixed during our 10 days at the house, but we were compensated for it with a late check out time. Cleaning staff missed a few things, but overall was clean.

Great property

We had a group of 5 adults on a golf vacation and this house was amazing. Plenty of room and very clean. The pool and spa were heated to a very comfortable temperature. I would highly recommend this home.

Just returned from my 16-night stay. Windsor Island is beautiful, lots of amenities. I am the Gam, (grandma) I was there the entire time, which went too fast. One daughter and her two boys came for the first 10 days, my other daughter and her three kids came for the last 10 days, overlapping for a few days in the middle. Had a friend come in the middle too, also one son-in-law came for the last few days. So people in and out, at the most was 9 at one time. Security at the gate worked great with everyone, very friendly and helpful, same at the clubhouse. The house itself had the perfect layout for all the kids and adults. I kind of wish we would have had more time to enjoy the house and Windsor Island more, but we were busy doing parks! Great location to get to the big parks, also great house location to walk to the waterpark and to mini-golf. Lots of options in the area for dining and grocery shopping. We went to the little ice cream place right off Sand Mine almost every night. I've been doing this for my grandkids for 5 years now, as a family Christmas gift. Great way to all be together in one house, with plenty of space for everyone and lots for the kids to do. Had the pool, hot tub, themed bedrooms, we had the theater loft, the game room, plus the waterpark, arcade and mini golf, perfect! Communication with the host was easy, no major issues at all. We are already planning what our dates will be in 2024!!

Emily was so prompt and wonderful!

Emily made the process so seem less for us. I had emailed her several times on different properties of hers and she never made me feel bad about it. She was very prompt and answered all my messages within minutes, even a message that was on Christmas and I wasn’t expecting a reply until the next day. The house was excellent and we had a great time! We paid for pool and spa heat and the temp was very warm and we enjoyed the pool all week! We will definitely stay at their rental again! My only thing I’d complain about is the GUESTS that stay at these rentals. This is the 4th time we rented a house in these communities and every place gets so run down at only a year old. So please guests, treat each rental as your own or if you were staying at a friends place. Be respectful and if you spill on carpet, clean it up. We had the same rules here as our own house and made our kids eat at the table or counter and pick up after ourselves. I’d honestly be so embarrassed if our family was so negligent as past guests. So please, this is someone’s home, not a free for all. Be respectful.
