THE SPACE

This Waterfront Oasis can comfortably sleep up to 9-13 guests. The open floor plan consists of 3 private bedrooms and 2 full baths all decorated with high end furnishings and linens. The fully equipped kitchen and its inviting dining area open onto the comfy living room, setting the tone for many memorable evenings. Sun shines through the sliding glass doors throughout the day, making the entire space bright and warm while allowing you to gaze at the mesmerizing views of the water.

The entire home is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, so you will always be cool and connected.

The garage is full of “toys”, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, Tent, and Beach cooler. We make it easy to just relax with your toes in the sand or be active in the water. Keep an eye out for the wildlife! You can often see dolphins and manatees playing in the cancel, especially during dusk and dawn. During the winter months, bird watching is almost hard not to do. During the summer, you might be able to see turtles laying eggs at night (Cocoa Beach) (just make sure to not disturb or frighten them!)
