Stepping inside you’ll notice beautiful wood flooring throughout the home. Large windows bring in natural lighting and views of the surrounding pine trees. The first living space provides two sofas and an armrest chair to sit back and relax after a long day exploring Big Bear. A flatscreen tv allows you to watch your favorite shows or movies while a red brick fireplace provides warmth on chilly winter evenings. Head over to the open concept kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops that give you plenty of meal prep space. Take advantage of the coffee pot so you won’t miss out on your morning cup of coffee. Grab a seat at the kitchen bar while you wait for your food to finish cooking or sit at one of two dining tables that provide plenty of seating for you and your guests. If you’re traveling with little ones, a high chair is conveniently provided for you making meal time a breeze. A second living space can be found just around the corner and provides a large sectional and mounted flatscreen t.v. Board games can also be found under the coffee table in this living room giving you the perfect spot for family game night.

Just around the corner, hours of fun and entertainment can be found in the game room! Play a friendly game of pool at the pool table or try your hand at cards at the poker table. The kids will love playing several different types of games at the arcade game table. Relax on the sofa as you wait for your turn or miix up your favorite drinks at the wet bar. A mini fridge can be found in this room for you to store your drinks or snacks while you play!

Head outside to the back deck to enjoy the flawless Big Bear weather. Let the kids run around and hunt for pine cones in the fully fenced backyard while you grill up dinner on the propane barbeque. Enjoy your dinner with a view as you sit at the patio table for 8 then enjoy a cup of hot coco on the patio sectional sofa around the propane firepit after dinner. Then what better way to end the day than soaking your muscles in the hot tub under the shade of towering pine trees.

When you’re ready to settle down for the night, head back inside where 4 bedrooms wait to provide you with a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom is the master and includes a king size bed and a full over full bunk bed. A t.v in the room provides comfortable entertainment while the attached bathroom provides the privacy you desire. A full size office desk and chair give you the perfect space to catch up on some work in the quiet of your own bedroom. The second bedroom also includes a king size bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom 3 includes a twin over queen bunk bed and a large dresser for storing your belongings during your stay. The last bedroom you’ll find provides a full over queen bunk bed. A full size washer and dryer is conveniently provided for you to use if the need should arise.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
