The perfect place to relax after a full day of activities. You can grill out, project a movie on the outdoor screen, catch up on the front porch, or cozy up inside. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for you to make your favorite meals or enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning.

Cleanliness is always at the forefront of our minds. Rest easy knowing our newly, renovated home is throughly cleaned between guest visits.

Guests have full access to the property.

Outdoor Theater: You will need your own PC or MAC computer for the outdoor projector. We do provide a HDMI cable chord. Simply connect your computer to projector with chord and live stream your favorite show or movie on the BIG screen! The projector is stored in the laundry closet off the kitchen.

A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
Guests are required to digitally sign a rental agreement, which will be sent to them promptly upon completing the booking process. The rental agreement contains important terms and conditions that must be acknowledged and agreed upon prior to the stay. Failure to sign may result in reservation cancellation or limited access to amenities in the property.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

Great Family Getaway

We loved the home and communicating with Gretchen was easy peasy. We are a group of grandma and grandpa, parents and the kids ages 6, 9, and 12. The littles loved the bunk beds, the porch swing and the pool. We stay at VRBO’s on our annual summer vacation with this lively group and our son-in-law came up to me the first night and said, ‘Mimi, you outdid yourself, this is the best one yet!’ Grandparents loved the master being on the ground floor and the step in shower was divine. You can’t go wrong by choosing this property!

Nice clean home close to Franklin

The home is comfortable, very clean and nicely updated. Lots of thoughtful extras, like coffee, condiments and spices in the cabinet and filtered water in the fridge. The location is good, about a mile away from downtown Franklin, which would be a nice walk if it hadn't been in the middle of the hot summer! We really appreciated their flexibility as we changed our vacation dates to work with family scheduling issues. Gretchen provided clear upfront and ongoing communications and was quick to respond to our questions.

Family wedding and visit

Wonderful property. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Gretchen was very communicative and helpful. Auper cute house and an easy walk to downtown Franklin. Restaurants, bars and shopping are fantastic. Easy commute to Nashville and local attractions. If you get a chance check out beautiful Arrington Vinyard!

Very close to Main Street in Franklin! The home was super clean and as described. Only suggestion is blinds or window coverings for the kitchen/dining room area. 😎

Granddaughters Birthday Weekend

I had three of my granddaughters and their moms with me for a fun weekend. The two older girls were celebrating February and March birthdays. One turning sweet 16. We had a really good time together. The house was perfect for us! It looked just like the pictures. Gretchen our host got back to me quickly with every question I had. Hoping to come back and stay again.

Clean, Cute, Great Location

Our family of 5 stayed here during Thanksgiving. It worked well with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus a 1/2 bath. The house was very clean, decorated super cute, and had a great location. It is walkable, and downtown Franklin is very close. The outdoor movie screen was very fun, we watched Thanksgiving football outside (something we've never done in Wisconsin ha ha!). The kitchen is well stocked and we had no problems cooking meals. We hope to be back again!

Pictures look way better than the reality. Older Home with uneven floors and air conditioner that cools off main floor only. Checked out 40 min late due to a sleeping infant and was quickly given an attitude by cleaning crew and text from owner. Would not recommend nor would book again.

Joe tried to checkin an hour and a half early and walked in while my cleaner was still cleaning and with no notice. We try to give guests early checkins and late checkout when notified in advance. However, the morning of checkout my cleaner waited outside for 30 minutes before asking Joe when he was planning on checking out. We had guests arriving that afternoon and we had not been notified of a late checkout, nor did it appear that Joe was making an attempt to leave the property. Joe would not respond to my communication, so I told him he would be charged for her hourly rate if he did not checkout. This is when he promptly responded that he would leave me a poor review and then checked out. As a result I do not think this review is a true reflection of the property. It is an older home that has been fully remodeled. The AC does cool the whole house, but during some of the most intense summer months we put two units upstairs in the bedrooms for the comfort of our guests to ensure they can cool the rooms further.

I was totally surprised by the huge, I am assuming air conditioning units, in each of the upstairs bedrooms. Big and cumbersome to work around. Unappealing when walking into the rooms rather than cozy and comfortable. Also, the front door had a crack in one of the panels with a band aid covering the opening. Just caulk it. The swing on the porch was dirty and unappealing also. Otherwise, the house was pretty clean and owner very quick to respond.
