We stayed here while visiting my son at CSU. It was only a 20 minute drive to campus and we loved our stay. The beds were comfortable, the house is spacious and we loved playing ping pong! We cooked our meals there and had all we needed. Will stay there again!
My family and I enjoyed staying at the Loveland house as we called it. It was very spacious and relaxing. My daughters enjoyed the ping pong table. Definitely recommend!
This home is in a convenient location in a nice neighborhood. We had everything we needed plus lots of fun stuff! Ping pong table, fire pit, cornhole, lots of books, markers and coloring, tons of games and cards⊠Would definitely stay there again!
My family and I stayed there for the weekend for my daughter gender reveal. The property was clean spacious and they had everything you could need there. The host was wonderful if I had a question she was quick to respond. Will definitely book again with her when we go back to Colorado
Nice house, cozy and roomy. Very well-equipped and has a large backyard. Our purpose was to hike at Rocky Mountain so we did not spend much time at the house. Although it has 3 bedrooms, the 4th couple could use an are mattress and stay in the common area, which is roomy. The communication was great with Laurel, and she solved all the little things we asked. Would definitely recommend it for groups of 6-8 people. It is about 1 hour from the Rocky Mountain main entrance.
This is a nice place overall to stay at and they allow pets but it is NOT a single home. No where in the property listing did it say that it was actually a duplex and they rent out the basement to other guests as well. We didnt know this until we read the information card when we arrived at the property. We probably wouldnt have rented this place knowing that. They did have guests in the basement arrive late the first night we were there but fortunately they were pretty quiet though you could hear voices in the main part of the house so it didnt feel very private and quite frankly a little uncomfortable because we were expecting to be renting the whole house. Also expecting the guests to strip the beds, start the wash, collect the trash and put it out in the trash bin is a bit much IMHO. House was clean though a little dated and the beds were relatively comfy. You must log into your own account to stream anything on TV with limited channels.
