This 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom is a brand new multi-level family home in Loveland, CO. With the finished basement you have two bedrooms, a game room equipped with board and cards games. Entertain everybody with Mr. and Mrs. Packman, bumper pool, ping pong, poker AND air hockey! Or relax on the large adjustable couch in the TV entertainment room. A private fenced in backyard with year round Astroturf and a three-hole putting green. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch with a beautiful glimpse of the mountains! Just minutes away from downtown Loveland and plenty of breweries. Great access to Coyote Ridge, Bobcat Ridge, and Devil's Backbone! 45 minutes from Cheyenne, WY.

There are two security cameras on the property located on the front North side of the home covering the driveway, as well as one covering the back yard patio seating. Home is equipped with a ring doorbell camera also. Check in is no earlier than 4:00 pm and check out is no later than 11:00 am MST.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for us! So clean and very well supplied. The host was very prompt in helping us if there was a question. Best place we have stayed in! Highly recommend this property. Although we had no kids - it would be a good place to stay with them.

Perfect CSU Family Weekend Stay

Such a comfortable home for my kids, my parents, and myself who were all in town to visit my CSU freshman for our first Family Weekend. We got to avoid all the chaos of Fort Collins when we need to, enjoyed a family meal “at home”, and kicked back, played games, & watched the first two games of the World Series all together.

Perfect in Loveland

This is by far the best VRBO experience I have had in my life. Owners were super professional, friendly and helpful. The house is beyond spotless, very well appointed with all the stuff you need, comfortable, and spot on for the description as listed. Easy check in and check out too. We loved it.

Great Stay

It was a great stay! Amanda is very communicative and professional. The house was clean and there were plenty of fresh towels. Large carpeted basement was great for the kids too. The backyard is fenced which is nice for kids as well. Would stay again for sure!

Beautiful Home

I cannot express how beautiful the home was and how much room everyone had! The neighborhood was quiet which was perfect after a long day. Communication with the host was fast and easy! If there is another event that will require us to rent in Loveland, i am renting this place again!!

Great house.

We enjoyed our stay. Home is newer and in perfect condition. Perfect size for a family. It has everything you would need. In a nice and quiet neighborhood. Everyone enjoy the Mr. and Mrs. Pacman arcade games.

Fun for the Family

My parents and kids stayed at the property for a week while my husband recovered from hip replacement surgery. The kids LOVED all the games and activities at the home which made their time away from mom and dad much easier. Highly recommend this place!

The house was exactly as pictured! We enjoyed every aspect of the home. It is close to town so getting out and grabbing groceries was easy and there were multiple stores to choose from. We had a birthday party for my grandson in the basement and it was perfect

Great family stay

We had the best stay with our two young children. The beds are comfortable, we loved playing in the basement with the games, the neighborhood is safe and conveniently located for Loveland, Fort Collins, Estes Park, and we even went to Denver and the drive wasn’t bad. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard on the turf. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend this spot and we can’t wait to come back.

Perfect for a long weekend

The space was perfect for my family of 3, my parents, and by two sisters. We had everything we needed. Would have loved it even more if there had been a tv in the main floor living area for those not hanging out downstairs.

House was pristine. Perfect for ages 13-74. All the amenities for all ages. Lower level great for teens. Some backyard fun, too. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Great neighborhood and close to the grocery stores. Our girls loved the backyard. The only issue was we would have loved tvs in the bedrooms and upstairs where we our adults congregated. We will be back to this home next year!

Perfect home for everyone!

This home was absolutely beautiful and so much fun! I would 100% recommend this home to all my friends and family. There is something for everyone of every age to stay plenty entertained. The home was spotless and very comfortable. So many small details that made the trip a lot of fun!!
