The Bedrooms
Super comfy bedrooms with clean carpeted floors. All bedrooms are decorated in a trendy manner. 3 of the bedrooms offer a queen Purple mattress bed & 3rd bedroom has a Purple double mattress.

There is a console table in one room & separate working desk in another room. There is indoor fire space & TV. All rooms are airy & bright.

Pillows, duvets & mattresses are of top quality so you enjoy deep slumber after a day full of thrill & fun!

The Kitchen Spaces
Stylish kitchen in shades of blue & white. Huge quartz counters with gas Airfryer oven & dual washing sink.


The Dining Space
Located upstairs, right next to kitchen. 8 people can enjoy having their dinner together here with radiant views.

The Living Space
Uber chic outlook with top-notch furniture. Living room offers a super-comfy sofa, trendy coffee table, two stylish single chairs and indoor fireplace. It is perfect place to spend your leisure time, when you just want to relax in silence & bliss!

Outdoor Facilities
The house has huge patio that looks out into the Narrows Bay. It has a dining area and separate seating space where you can enjoy the soothing company of sunshine. You will fall in love with fascinating views that you can relish here during morning coffee or a romantic candle light dinner. Downstairs there is private backyard and BBQ Grill where you can enjoy doing BBQ with fam!

Lower unit has a private entrance and is completely separate from the upper unit, you're able to rent it out as well if you'd like to access the entire house for an additional fee. The lower unit can sleep up to 3.

While a few visiting guests are fine we do not allow more than 8 total guests (unless you actually booked for this more). There are no events allowed without permission.

Dishes must be washed or put in dishwasher. In an attempt to keep cleaning fees low she does not include dishes. There is a charge of $25 of dishes are left for the housekeeper.

THIS IS A NONSMOKING HOME. PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY IS AWARE OF THIS. Smoking is allowed OFF THE DECK IN THE FRONT YARD but all cigarette butts must be cleaned up.

AIRGUARD detectors are installed. AirGuard can tell when there’s marijuana or tobacco smoke in the air and it immediately texts a report to our manager. There will be an immediate forfeiture of your booking and a charge of $150 for any smoking in our home.
