Well located in central Palm Desert only a few minutes of the 10 surrounded by world class golf courses and nearby shopping and dining at El Paseo. The garage includes an EV charging station for your electric vehicle.

An open floorplan with custom designed chef's kitchen with plenty modern amenities. Walk-in pantry with wine rack wall, quartz countertops and full height backsplash. Custom built-in walnut and bronze glass dining table. Custom white oak modern built-in entertainment wall with wrap-around millwork with integrated primary bedroom interior door. Surround sound Sonos speakers in ceiling throughout main living area as well as out in the backyard. Porcelain wood grain flooring, new baseboards, new door casing, entire home recently painted. The casita includes a kitchenette and separate entrance with its own AC. Main home also has own AC unit as well as a newer mini split system in the garage, washer and dryer in home.

The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour, and it can get down into the 60s during the winter, so if you want it heated upon your arrival, please keep that in mind and notify us. For long-term stays, $500 of gas and electricity is included, and the renter pays for utilities above $500/month. For short-term stays, the charge is $100/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $125/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat the pool to the mid-80s. Please keep in mind in mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching the mid-80s, and pool temperature is not guaranteed. However, low to mid 80's is generally common, even mid-winter.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.

If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

The desert has extreme temperatures, including sustained daytime temperatures of over 100 degrees. With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come.
These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund.
We use the top pest control, pool cleaners, and home cleaners in the area. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist.
When it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for long

Weekly housekeeping service is not provided. However, can be added at the guests expense upon request.
