Great property for my family! Three bedrooms all with king-size beds made this the perfect location for a weekend visit with my adult children. Very clean and well-maintained home. Great communication with the host. We hope to come back again next year!

The home was nice and clean, but I think it's odd that, for the price we paid, there was one coffee pod (3 people x 2 days), no hair dryer, and tissue holders in the bathroom with no tissue in them. Don't be cheap when we aren't being cheap.

The on line listing suggested the property had three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two bathrooms were en suite but one was separate. The en suite bathroom configuration was a key reason for making the reservation. The listing also showed photos with televisions in every bedroom. Two of the bedrooms did not have working televisions. The tile floors had not been vacuumed and had significant dust and hair. The programmable front door lock was very difficult to use until we realized the lock was open but to door required a strong extra push because the door was stuck. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful

7 women on an annual get away. Easy to access the property. House sits right on the golf course with patio seating to watch what’s happening on the course and watch sunrise.Being single story was nice as well.

Overall it was a great stay. The location of the house on the property is a tad inconvenient. It’s in the very back with no way to exit property. Couple minor things that were resolved quickly with the property management. Beds were comfy, morning sunrises were spectacular

Great location. 4th bedroom was thru the 3rd bedroom on the way to the garage. Shades in kitchen and LR didnt work ( motorized). Patio and furniture were filthy, windows needed cleaned badly.

Rest assured, we are actively working to resolve this and are awaiting confirmation from the company responsible for the repairs.-Additionally, we want to assure you that we consistently clean the windows after the house is vacated and again one to two days prior to guests' arrival. Unfortunately, this month we experienced a severe sandstorm beyond our control, impacting our efforts to maintain cleanliness.Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to welcome you back in the future under improved circumstances.

Palm perfect

Great location and overall a 5 star performance. A couple of things would make it slightly better, some remote blind instructions written out. A gate fob for private gate so you don’t have to drive through the entire complex every time. The furniture is a little “weathered” but it’s also a rental so can’t expect much more. All in all location and set up garnered a 5 star! Thank you.

Pleasant getaway

It's a clean well decorated rental property that needs a bit of TLC. The three bedrooms were of decent size, the fourth bedroom is some space next to the garage with 2 bunk beds. The Refrigerator, the AC and the wifi worked fine, patio has a clean gas grill. Pool is near by. Check in was a breeze, I just wish the AC was on when we came in, since it took a long while to bring the temp down. 10 am check out, although common these days is an inconvenience.

Overall the property is beautiful, in a great location, well stocked with all essential items and plenty of room for 6 adults. Apolonia, our manager with Evolve, was very helpful in resolving a few minor issues; living room tv, etc. I rated the property only 4 primarily because, for the price, the property is showing a bit of wear; living room couches with cracked and one had 2 rips and, although the kitchen is well stocked, the cabinet facing is separating from the wood; however I still recommend the property.

Lovely golf course - close to Indian Wells!

There king beds and a bunk bed room. Three bathrooms. 7 of us were very comfortable. Amazing back patio view of the golf course. Took us 5 minutes to get to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. No traffic at all through the back neighborhood. The house address led us to na back gate and it took a while and a quick phone call to get directions to front entrance to get checked in. The only complaint I had was the refrigerator water dispenser sticks. We had to mop the kitchen floor a few times. Otherwise, beautiful home, clean, comfortable and just a delightful stay

Perfect place for going with a group to Indian Wells Tennis. Beds super comfy, golf course view was beautiful and it was pretty close to the stadium. Nice place to cook a meal and hang out watching the rest of the tournament in the evening. Excellent communication with the host. Great stay.
