Nice little home in Surprise

Well kept home with stocked refrigerator & pantry, heated pool, all the appliances and garage, communicative host who even offered fresh linens after 1 week! Only drawback is the noise from Bell road, when cars without mufflers enjoy cruising at 4 am.

Perfect!

This was a perfect accommodation for us to visit with family nearby. Loved everything about the place. Thanks for the thoughtfulness (such as breakfast for the first morning) and attention to detail. We would love to stay again when visiting the area.

Cozy and comfy!!!

Loved this home ❤️. Cozy, comfortable, and well stocked!! Even had items in fridge and cabinets for breakfast!! Close to amazing restaurants and you have to get ice cream from Handel's 😋. Sooo good 😊. We definitely would stay here again!!!

Amazing stay!

This place was awesome! Extremely clean and organized. So many little extras to make the stay comfortable. The host has thought of every little detail. Communication was great. When we had a question the host answered immediately. This was a wonderful home and is 5 star place to stay.

The perfect home for a small group

We loved this house. The pool was amazing and the house was spotless. It was the perfect fit for my husband and my elderly Mom. Loved the comfortable decor.

Memories We'll Never Forget

We booked a little birthday getaway for my son's 11th birthday. The home was SO gorgeous... better than the pictures! It was stocked with everything we could ever need. The pool was amazing! Beautiful home in a great location!

Our stay was perfect! Kim was outstanding! The home was spotless and had everything and more that we needed for our stay. Even with the heat we enjoyed the beautiful pool each morning & evening. The communication prior to arriving was informative and helpful. She truly goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome! Already looking for dates to come later this year!

The Best of the Best

This home was the best VRBO property I've ever stayed in. I loved everything about this home and enjoyed my visit immensely. I will definitely come back to stay here when I come to town again to visit family and friends. Kim was an outstanding host. She went above and beyond with providing everything you'd need for your stay and more. Even my visitors were impressed. Kim treats her guests like family. You will not find a nicer property or host. They are exceptional.

I’m trying to think of something negative about this place, but can’t. Very clean, just enough communication from host, great pool, stocked fridge and cabinets. My best rental ever and it is not even close.

Great Rental near Phoenix, AZ

The property owner Kim was amazing from start to finish. She goes above and beyond to make the stay experience unique. Some food and beverages are stocked for the guests to enjoy and it makes a wonderful welcome. The home is impeccable and gives a real feel of home away from home. The pool is fantastic and (at least while we were there) the water temperature was perfect at around 80ºF. My family enjoyed it very much. The house is located near many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this property for small families (4-5 people max.).

Me and MY husband had a great time here family came to swim . house was amazing clean loved all the bird feeders my grandkids loved the finches that came to eat . condiments , eggs bread , drinks in the fridge . Kim was amazing at communication we will definitely be back

BEST STAY EVER! Book now with zero regrets! (i promise you)

I have stayed in many vrbo's, and I can honestly say that this one was hands down the best one I have ever had the privilege of staying at. The host was beyond kind, responsive, helpful and gracious. This place is EXTREMELY clean, very well stocked, and we were good to go without having to go to the grocery store beforehand. The pool was sparkling, complete with floaties and ample chairs, tables and umbrellas. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to prepare your meals (and then some!) The bathroom towels are so soft and fluffy, and you'll never run out. The furniture was clean and cozy, I felt at home instantly. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we felt safe. The cactus gardens are spectacular, and we felt blessed to witness some of them blooming. As a side note, if you want to smell the most amazing handsoap/bodywash ever, you definitely need to book this place. (trust me, its that good) It was just my husband and I this trip, but I know the grandkids would have a blast here. We will absolutely be staying here again.

The Best Rental Home We Have Stayed In

2 firm king beds. Eggs, coffee, beers, Daves bread loaf in the refrigerator. We didn't need to go to the store. We will stay there again in the future.

Absolutely Wonderful !

Thanksgiving Gathering

What a wonderful host and property! We had an amazing experience renting over Thanksgiving. The owners have thought of every little detail and should really win a hospitality trophy. The teenagers were enthralled with the "vintage" video games and we all enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the nice weather. Everything about this experience was easy, comfortable and perfect! We are very appreciative and highly recommend this desert get-away!

Amazing!

We just recently stayed. This was probably one of the best VRBOs that we have stayed at. Everything was perfect! They even provided food and drinks, including wine and beer. The house was adorable! They also provided several things to do, like video games, a guitar and several super fun coloring books and word puzzles. Definitely recommend!

Very enjoyable

This place did not disappoint. The host kim was quick to respond to any questions. Anything in the house was yours to use including the food in the refrigerator. The house was tastefully decorated. We felt right at home. We will be looking to book the house again the next trip to Arizona.
