Il est entièrement meublé et tous les services publics sont payés. Il y a deux lits king size et deux salles de bain. Laveuse et sécheuse dans une grande buanderie. Garage attenant à deux stalles. Il s'agit d'une communauté de retraités, donc l'un des locataires doit être âgé d'au moins 55 ans. Il est à proximité de nombreux terrains de golf, centres de loisirs, piscines, terrains de pickleball, pistes de bowling et centres de fitness. Les chiens bien dressés sont acceptés. Ne pas fumer n'importe où sur la propriété. Il y a des frais de nettoyage unique de 90 $ ajoutés à chaque location.

Excellent house and location - highly recommended

The house is extremely nice - very clean with everything needed for short, medium or long stays. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Communication with the owner was excellent. I can highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the NE Phoenix area.

Wonderful stay

This wonderful home was in a great community in Sun City West. We had only one minor inconvenience (the nearly new dryer wouldn't heat and service could not be accomplished until after our week stay), otherwise our stay was great! Highly recommend this home and owner!

This was our second stay in this house. It's clean & peaceful... even "Mrs Kravitz" across the street "greeted" us upon our arrival. Owner is prompt with responses when needed & is concerned that you have what you need, things are in working order & your stay is pleasant.

Short Golf and Sunshine Get Away.

Nice clean older, but nicely updated in quiet well kept neighborhood. Great sun city West location with many amenities and golf courses. Owner communicated very well but we had very few questions. Would choose this property again.

Quiet, secure property

The home is very comfortable and roomy. Everything that is needed was provided. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. My sister and I enjoyed our 9 night stay. Restaurants, shopping and churches are in the neighborhood. Would rent again in the future.

Great place to stay!

The property was clean and comfortable. We were there when the temperature was 105 degrees and the house easily maintained a 70 degree setting. The showers were hot with great water pressure. It had all of the necessary kitchen and laundry amenities. The neighborhood was very quiet and seemed quite safe. I recommend the property and I would stay there again.

Excellent house and location

This was my second rental of this house and the stay was excellent all around. The house is fantastic and is in great shape - very spacious and comfortable, new flooring and nice appliances. Lots of restaurants nearby, all the necessary stores and a perfect location for exploring the Phoenix area. Very clear communication with the owner. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place near Phoenix.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Property was easy to find. Once there, everything was laid out for us and explained very well. This was the first time we stayed in a house like this and it was an AWESOME experience!! Property owner was very helpful and not hard to get a hold of for questions when needed. We stayed here to reunite with some family and it really was a great experience!! Would definitely come to this property again if we came to visit again!! Thank you so much for making our experience as easy as it could be!!!

Comfortable, Quiet and Perfect

This was a great rental for 2 weeks! Very clean and comfortable. Great location for everything in SCW. Also close to Lake Pleasant! Slept great with comfy bed and quiet neighborhood. Spent every morning having coffee on the patio. Excellent host communication. We had great weather, a convenient rental and would absolutely stay here anytime we visit the area!!

No worries at this SCW home

We were fortunate enough to rent this property for a month mid-Nov through mid Dec 2024. The home was well-furnished with supplies (spices, baking supplies, games, books, cleaning supplies, etc) and located in a quiet area that was super convenient to central Sun City West and to get to Sun City and other parts of the northwest Phoenix area. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful to any needs or questions! I especially appreciated the back patio area, which had many cushioned and comfy options for seating (in shade or in the sun). I would not hesitate to rebook this home, and am very thankful for the month we were able to spend there!

I take pride in keeping my tenants happy while they are staying in my house. I have stayed in many places while traveling and know how important it is to have a comfortable place to call home, weather it is a few days or a few months. I take all profit from renting and put it right back in improving the house. Since I have purchased this house in 2012, I have put on a new roof, new central air /furnace, new side by side fridge, new washer and dryer, new recliners, two new king size beds, two new toilets, new garage door and opener, new water heater, new microwave, new big screen TV and many smaller items. The 2022 improvements were all new landscaping stone, new blinds, new king size bed in guest bedroom and vinyl plank flooring and complete inside paint job. 2023 improvements were remodeled bathrooms with resurfaced sinks and showers, new kitchen table with six chairs, and a trundle bed added in the laundry room for extra guests. I want you to feel at home here.

This is a very quiet residential neighborhood, but with plenty to do within a few miles. Enjoy the fruit off the trees in the back yard during season. Just a short drive to Phoenix, the mountains, or the many tourist attractions. A couple hours away from Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon.

My house is located only a few blocks from Beardsley rec center on a quiet street. It is less than a mile from a golf course and only 1.5 miles from the center of the city where you will find all that you need.
