Beautiful spacious three bedroom, three bath, single level home available. The salt water pool is large and very nice. Covered parking is available. Internet Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, quiet home which is convenient to the freeway and to local hospitals. Pets are allowed with pet stay fee. Please request prior approval. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, nice family room and kitchen for gathering together. Large washer dryer in laundry room. Internet/WiFi available. 65" HD Smart TV in the family room and in each bedrooms there are smart 43" TVs. Relax on the covered patio, lounge chairs or dining area which surrounds huge pool. There is a large fenced off gravel area for your pets.

The family and kids will love you for choosing this VRBO with a large pool and patio area. Please watch your kids and pets around the pool.

Only registered guests are allowed on premises. Absolutely no parties or events. This is a quiet neighborhood. Long term summer guests*********Please note that there is a $200 per month cap in the electric bill during summer months. Overages if any, will be paid to host by guest on request with SRP invoice included to guest on request

Coming from out of town with a travel trailer or RV? We have a substantial parking area at the east side of house. There is covered parking for a couple of cars but not a big truck. The garage is currently not available but might be if requested during reservation process. Do not hesitate to ask questions. Also we require a photo of drivers’s license of the person making the reservation. All vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, etc, MUST have full insurance on them in order to be parked on property. No exceptions.

Apache Junction

The house is beautiful and much bigger than the pictures even show. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the house. The pool is beautiful and the patio surround it is also super nice! The owner was extremely helpful with finding restaurants and other suggestions of things to do and responded quickly to all of our questions. We would definitely stay again!

Great, quick stay

Really easy check-in. The property was exactly as listed, and the host was very helpful with answering questions and accommodating an early check-in. The location was very convenient for the wedding venue we attended at Superstition Manor. Recommended!

Our stay

The house was very clean and the property was very well maintained. We loved the BBQ and Firepit and used them nearly everyday. Checkin was very easy.

We wish we could have stayed longer! Excellent communication with owner. The glass coffee carafe was broken, contacted owner and we had a brand new coffee pot the same day! We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great home

This was an ideal property. Great parking if you have ORV trailers! Pool is very large! Plenty of room inside and outside! Very clean. Host had plenty of supplies for us for our entire month stay! TP, laundry detergent, paper towel, spices, shampoo, body wash, etc. many extras like suntan lotions, games, pool towels, dish washer pods etc! Host was great with ideas for things to do and excellent communication dealing direct with owner not a property management company! Also great views of the mountains from inside home and back yard! We would highly recommend!

Our yearly AZ visit

This house has great views of the Superstition Mountains from the living room, kitchen, and the pool area. Although it was too cool to swim when we were there, the pool looked great. The house was centrally located to the places we wanted to visit and had easy access. All the appliances looked brand new and were good quality, including all of the televisions. There was a problem with the heating when we arrived, but Becca went over the top to keep us comfortable, which she did with many space heaters. That combined with the Arizona weather kept us very comfortable. I can't say enough good things about Becca's communications with us. She was informative, gracious, and made our family feel welcome.

Ron and Rebecca are a couple in our 60s. We love to travel with our adults kids when possible. We are Arizona natives and can answer almost any Arizona question you might have. We have 3 short term rentals and take pride in helping our guests enjoy our homes and their vacations.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is unique in that the SALT WATER POOL IS wonderful, currently is not heated although that may change in future. We have a beautiful view of the Superstition Mountain range. There is room to park extra vehicles, RVs etc. We are pet friendly too. While the house is a lovely block home, there are plenty of modern upgrades, conveniences and additional details to make your stay comfortable. 5 minutes to the 202 Freeway, close to many Golf courses, hiking trails, fun things to do in the East valley and don't forget our Lakes and rivers.
