Topsail Dunes Condo is located on the North end of Topsail Beach and provides for a much less traveled area. Guests will have access to the entire unit and balcony with the exception of locked owners closet. North Topsail is a hidden gem on the coast of North Carolina. A quiet getaway that boasts an amazing beach and spectacular views. Topsail Dunes is very quiet and has a very family friendly atmosphere. Beach and pool access is only a few steps away from condo.

Great Rental

Very nice and clean condo. The view of the Atlantic from the balcony was amazing and the beach is beautiful. Will definitely stay again when visiting.

Short family vacation

Our stay was perfect even with a little rain. The place is decorated beautifully and very clean. Being located right on the beach was a blessing with all the beach things to tote. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Great vacation rental

Stayed here with my family, including two small children. The condo had everything you needed and is steps away from the beach. The views were amazing and the complex as a whole is very nice. We had a great summer vacation here.

Relaxing!

I absolutely loved my time at topsail paradise! The check in and check out process was so simple. Location was awesome! Beds were comfortable! They even went as far as providing beach chairs & an umbrella. I honestly can't say enough good things about our stay here. Communication with Justin & Ashley was also top notch. My only complaint is we couldn't stay longer. Looking forward to more trips here.

Not paradise, its heaven

This place was right on the beach. From the porch and from the master bedroom you can enjoy being so close to the ocean. I had a wonderful relaxing trip. Id sit on the beach all day and read until it got dark. They do offer beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. I would definitely go back again.

I wish I could post pics on this site. The condo is great, airy, bright and quiet when you just want to zen out. The ocean view is unobstructed, beach scent, the ocean breeze is absolutely perfect. I was fortunate to see a full moon light up the ocean and clouds above. Don’t hesitate to book here the hosts are very responsive as well. Enjoy your morning coffee, a book or wine on the beach and don’t worry about forgetting something back at the condo bc it’s literally steps away. Enjoy!

My husband and I took advantage of the warm weather and booked this property for a long weekend where we could meet our daughter and a grandchild. It was perfect for such a short getaway, especially the location right on the beach. We could tell the owners took pride in their property and had the comfort of their guests in mind. The location of the balcony allowed early morning coffee time with dolphin and bird viewing even with the 55° outside temp because of its shelter from the wind. The bedrooms are small with no closets but we had weekend bags and no issues with our luggage.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I had a quick stay at Paradise. The only regret we have is that we weren’t able to stay longer. This condo is updated, super clean, and views/location couldn’t be any better. We had one small hiccup with the door lock, and the owner was wonderful to communicate with and helped us out within minutes. You won’t be disappointed if you book this place. We hope to be back soon!

Piece of paradise!!

We couldn’t ask for anything more beautiful sunrises and sunsets! It was very quiet, very peaceful and the condo was very tastefully decorated with all the amenities that we could possibly need during our stay! It was our first time to topsail, and we will definitely be returning again using this property! The host were excellent! We arrived early for our stay, and they were very accommodating!! Definitely would recommend this property !

This is the first time I used Vrbo, the whole experience from checkin to staying and checking out was great. The location was great, the owner were great. We did not need anything during our stay as everything was well explained or taken care of. We would definitely rent here again.

Amazing week

This being our first Vrbo let’s just say we will certainly have high standards moving forward! We had an amazing week at Top Sail and the condo was beautiful and truly felt like home away from home. Lots of personal attention to detail and the owners were easily accessible with any questions we had. We will def be back!

Relaxing Vacation

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 10) were looking for a nice relaxing week away. This property provided just that! We had everything we needed and more. The small attentions to detail were amazing and the atmosphere and environment were wonderful. Views were stunning. Reserving the property was seamless and the owners were responsive, although we did not need them during our stay as all info was provided in advance and just as stated. Great time and we will definitely be back!

Our family had a wonderful trip to North Topsail Beach while staying at Topsail Dunes. The condo was lovely, with a spectacular view, and our hosts truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well cared for during our stay. Even better than advertised

This property was beautiful, extremely well kept and organized and the view from the deck was even better than advertised. These owners are 5 star, communicate extremely well, organized, and accurate. This is on the quiet north side of Topsail with groceries and restaurants just a very short drive away. This owner and unit are top notch. Highly recommend.
