Bienvenue à Clutch Cay, notre bord de mer. condo de vacances au premier étage parfait pour des vacances à la plage en famille.

Ce condo de plage a 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain et beaucoup d'espace pour profiter de votre temps ensemble. Profitez de votre café du matin sur une grande terrasse avec vue sur l'océan.

Le condo est un condo de plage de vacances lumineux, propre et mis à jour qui peut accueillir confortablement 6 avec un lit queen et deux lits doubles dans la deuxième chambre. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour préparer vos repas à la plage (cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur, casseroles, poêles, mugs, verres à vin et plus).

Fabulous time!

This condo is amazing. It's better than the photos. The house was clean when we arrived. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions even on a holiday. I would suggest quests be prepared to bring ALL your paper products and condiments. Overall, my family enjoyed the house tremendously. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, and grilling out in the evening. So fun!

Fun visit in N Topsail

Our visit was after Labor Day. My friend, visiting from Chicago, was enchanted with the view, the pool, and the stunning sunrises. Great accommodations and a beautiful beach. Quiet, uncrowded and peaceful.

Another nice visit to Topsail

While we didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy this location, we do enjoy Topsail and this unit was fine. Chris, the owner, was on point with communication and we appreciated the hospitality.

Perfect place for a family vacation. The condo is spotless and comfortable. The decor is simple, which works well for our kids, nothing fragile or risky to hide away. This particular condo is only one flight of stairs from the parking lot and there is an elevator nearby. There are ramps from this level down to both the beach and pool. Bring your own beach supplies. There is space to leave them just outside the front door.

We had a perfect little get away at Clutch Cay! The property was really clean, check in/out process was easy, and the views from the deck were top notch. Chris was super easy to get ahold of and chat with. No issues and would love to stay again!

We stay july 4th .2024 And rebook right after for labor day . Beautiful view. Clean place,easy to get up since it 1st floor. Not even 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Relax and unwind

We all relaxed, recharged and made memories. We beached, cooked, laughed, played games, slept late, enjoyed sunrise and sunsets, conversed, re-connected. The condo allowed us to accomplish all of those joys. We hope to return.

Confirming your booking should not be difficult; however, if you book certain dates and then try to book again for the same dates the system will not let you do that. Overall booking is easy and done within VRBO. We allow for an easy check-in and out process as well.

Family vacation

This was a perfect place for a family beach vacation for my son, his wife, their two daughters (ages almost 4 and 6 months), and my husband and me. They had their own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of space for the 4 of them, and my husband and I had our own space and bathroom. There was plenty of space for all of us in the living and dining areas. It was a very short walk to the beach and the swimming pool (my 4 year old granddaughter LOVED the pool). The sheets and towels provided as part of the rental were VERY much appreciated, since we are all home now and don't have that laundry to do.

Family vacation

Great location on the beach with pool. The sliding door was not usable during our stay so limited outdoor patio time. Could use some updating in kitchen with appliances and kitchenware. Needs newer patio furniture. No outdoor beach chairs or umbrella included but can be rented for a hefty price.

Nice location but needs some updating

The location was perfect. Size of the unit was great and clean. The kitchen was almost impossible to use super outdated, very limited supplies and the dishes were dirty. The patio had no furniture and was dirty. Easy fixes to make this place much nicer.

It’s interesting to hear you found the kitchen and patio lacking—though I guess it’s hard to compete with the charm of a beachside location. We try to balance ‘rustic’ with ‘functional,’ but if you’re looking for pristine and perfect, I’d recommend checking out a place where the amenities stay untouched by the occasional enthusiastic group. We do our best to maintain everything, but the beachside lifestyle can sometimes be a bit rough on the ‘nice things.’"

Great Place for Peace & Quiet

N Topsail is not the place to be if you are looking for lots of places nearby to do stuff. (Getting food at night was a challenge.) But if you want a quiet beach spot it fits the bill. The condo was great. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. The cabinets could use an upgrade (paint?) but at the end of the day, I wasn’t there for the kitchen. The unit was clean, comfortable and the view was awesome.

North Topsail has a few nice restaurants and many places delivered from Surf City and Sends Ferry. I'm sorry you had troubles! We have plans to update the kitchen but felt that this year we wanted to focus on getting the old carpet out. We hope to do the other items soon.

Nice condo and quiet complex

The condo was really nice and comfortable. It’s on the first floor so not much of an ocean view due to the sand bank but you could hear it and smell it and it was a short walk to beach. We stayed Memorial Day weekend and still the beach wasn’t over crowded. Really nice beach and pool. We couldn’t find the pool fob and had to message the manager to buzz us in the pool but she responded quickly. The parking lot did get full a couple times and we had to do rounds to find a spot. Beds were comfortable and condo was very clean. Really nice water pressure in the showers, was quiet and relaxing stay. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils too.

Needs a deep cleaning

Condo was very roomy. I could feel the sand on the floors when I walked in. Bought a new air exchange filter size 20x16x1 because the filter was filthy and the air vents had dust hanging on them and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom had a very noticeable dust ring around the edges. Saw a live roach in the master bath shower. The ring camera at the door made us feel like we were being watched.

Thank you for letting us know about about troubles you had. Being ocean front has it pro and cons, sand in the condo is one of them. We have brooms inside and outside and a vacuum for sand removal. Our cleaning staff has typically done a very good job at getting the sand out; however, at the beach sand will come. This also holds true for bugs. Pest control comes once a month. If pest are getting in we would like to know so we can notify pest control to come again. As far as the outside camera, we have that for your safety as well as our. I'm sure everyone understands and is thankful for the extra security.

Watch out

Ok location, the unit was ok. As others have said, the balcony has a week spot it. If you stay here be careful. The owner looks for ways to take your money. We arrived early, we knew it was before the check in time, but we decided to check the room. No one was there, and it looked clean. We decided to change clothes and hit the beach. We may have been in the room 5 minutes. When we got home I received a email from the owner. He had charged me 50 dollars for arriving early. He saw it on the security camera. There was no harm done, we spoke to the cleaning people who arrived as we were leaving.

Hosting Chad was generally pleasant, despite a small misunderstanding regarding the check-in time. They arrived early, and the condo was still being prepared. I do ask that all guests follow the check-in and check-out policy so we can make everything is in working order and ready for the new guest. Thank you so much for understanding this is why we have this policy.

Topsail Island beach was very nice. We really enjoyed the area. The condo was ok. Definitely lacking in cleanliness. There was old tea in the kettle in the cabinet, peanut shells and other debris in the couches. The shower in the master was broken. The pool was closed but we knew that due to covid. We made the property owner aware of all issues ASAP. Since the pool was not open we did not look for a pool fob. This property owner decided to claim we lost the fob (for a pool that was not open at any point during our entire stay). Not only did he try to claim a $75 loss for the pool fob though the property damage we purchased but he also thought he should try to scam me out of $75 as well. We travel a ton. We love the beach and are respectful of the properties in which we stay. This in unbelievable to me. Not only was the condo not up to par but Chris thinks we owe him even more money. We will visit Topsail Island again but would not recommend this condo to anyone.

Nichole, Thank you for understanding that covid has changed the way things are done, such as the pool not being open. We truly were hoping it would have opened at any given time; therefore, we left the pool fob available for guests. In our contract and the email we ask that everyone lets us know of any missing or damages in order to NOT be charged for them. Our cleaning company is working very hard at santanzing everything. She has a spray that she needs to have set before she can even enter the condo to clean and then she needs to do it again after cleaning. Her time is now cut in half. We are just so thankful that she is taking this extra step to help keep our guest safe, as well as herself. When it comes to replacing or fixing things after guests have damaged Clutch Clay, we do our best to have it addressed before the next guest check in; however, this is not alway going to happen. The shower head was scheduled to be replaced the day our cleaning company told us it was broken and has been. We thank you for letting us know about your stay and apologize for the inconvenience! Covid has forever changed the way things are.

Chris is from Colorado and moved to North Carolina not long ago. I feel in love with the area and so thankfully to call this area home. Growing up I played with horses and did anything outside.

My husband and I have worked very hard to have a little piece of paradise. Which we are glad to share with you. We have two young adventurous boys who love the outdoor life as much as we do.

We hope you find out little getaway as enjoyable as we do.
