Welcome to Sea Dreams—your cozy beach retreat in North Topsail Beach, located in the desirable Shipwatch Community.
This bright and cheerful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers stunning views of both the ocean and the sound, giving you the full island experience from every window.

Whether you’re a couple, solo traveler, or a small family, Sea Dreams has everything you need for a relaxing getaway—with resort-style vibes, direct beach access, a community pool, and free parking.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Queen master suite with its own private bathroom
• Second bedroom with full-size bed and a pyramid bunk (twin over full)—perfect for kids or another couple
• Two full bathrooms for added convenience

Location Details:
• Located on the third floor
• Community stairs are close by, and the building is also equipped with two elevator banks
• Please note: The elevator nearest the unit is slightly farther away. While guests may use the elevator, the owner is not responsible for its maintenance or service schedule. In the event of elevator unavailability, no refunds will be issued.

The room was clean. All beds were extremely uncomfortable. Not enough parking, or close parking options. Would not stay at this property again.

Another Great Getaway

This is our second time staying at a Sol Searching Properties condo at Shipwatch. Both experiences have been wonderful. We love this location because we have access to both the pool and beach. Everyone involved in the rental process was very easy to work with and Melissa moved quickly to replace a key fob not found upon check-in…even hand delivering it! This unit was further back in the complex than the one we rented last year but we still had a great beach view. We’re hoping to make this an annual trip and will definitely be staying here again!

Sea Dreams Definitely A Sea of Dreams

Having stayed at many VRBO properties, this one one of the best, if not THE best. We've had bad luck in that the pictures and write ups never matched the properties. This is the first one that was "spot on". The pictures matched exactly and the write up was perfect. The communication from the host was by far the most frequent and most informative of any place we've ever stayed. Our questions were answered incredibly fast, and all the possible information about the property, check-in, check-out, directions, and all pertinent information about the property was included. AMAZING!! The property was well situated, beautifully decorated and comfortable inside, well stocked and perfectly clean! Outside, you were only steps to a beautiful, clean, shell and rock rich beach! To say it in a few words.... A DREAM! Thank you so much Betsy for a wonderful stay. Looking forward to going back another year!!! T & D

Beautiful and clean but had faults

This property is in a great location right in front of the beach. It was nice, clean, and spacious. But, the beds were hard and uncomfortable. To make matters worse the protective liner on the matress makes the beds extremely hot. My whole family either could not sleep, or they woke up sweating. One of the bunk beds didnt even have blankets on it, just the protective liner. We also received absolutely no communication that the water would be off for 2 hours, even when it was on the master bathroom did not have good water pressure. Overall this was a beautiful condo but not family friendly at all.

Just right

Our family of five stayed for several days in this lovely condo and it was perfect for us. I love that you have an unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony (and living room and master bedroom), and spent a lot of time sitting out there. It was a special treat that from that balcony you can also see the sun set over the sound. The little touches (like hairdryers in both bathrooms, and a starter kit with dish and laundry detergent, paper products, trash bags and ziplock bags) were so nice. The kitchen is fully stocked, which made cooking dinners easy! It is a bit of a walk along the condo corridors to get to the beach, which is no problem when your kids can help carry all the things like ours could, but if you have littles there are elevators you can use if you have a wagon or something. It is walking distance to an ocean front restaurant and also an ice cream shop. We loved our stay!

Wonderful Father's Day Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Dreams! Beautiful view from the shaded balcony where we shared coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening. Short walk to the beach as well. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Thanks Betsy for allowing us to stay in your awesome condo.
