Bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks, or paddle boards or rent one (Blackwater Adventures) and tie up at the new 110 foot pier. There is a new boat ramp on property to launch your kayaks, canoes or jet skis. The boat ramp to launch your boat is 4 miles away. The creek is power boat depth ( owner operates 27ft twin engine outboard in creek). The dock has electric and water supplies.
Relax by our saltwater pool in the summer. Grill your catch of the day and then sit by the gas fire pit on cool evenings.
Visit the quaint downtown where you can shop and dine. Other attractions are golfing at the Hyatt, museums, RAR Brewing, Layton's Chance Winery and Emily's Produce which is awesome for both kids and adults! (Pictures included in our gallery).
Other amenities include TVs in each bedroom, living room and game room, wifi, a desk and printer, sheets, towels, and a washer and dryer.

- There is an outdoor camera facing the driveway only for security purposes.
- Early check-in and late checkout is a $25.00 fee when available. Late check out is 2 pm, early check in is 1pm
- No smoking (of any kind) on the property. There will be an automatic extra charge of $500.00 for an odor removal)

- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, large gatherings, or frat style gatherings. This property is geared for relaxing with friends and family.
