The full kitchen makes cooking at home a breeze should you want to watch the budget.
We also offer free parking on a first come first served basis in one of our guest parking spots.
Laundry facilities are on site with elevator access.
We are also just a few minutes walk from Kapiolani park and The Honolulu zoo.
Really enjoyed our stay. Communication with owner was easy and response time was fast. Loved that we were only a block away from beach with many beach items we could use in the closet. Place was clean and my teen loved that the couch converted to bed. We would definitely stay here again.
I was extremely pleased with this location. The apartment was very clean, had a long clean tiled balcony and was nice and perfect upon check-in and check-out. Just a few steps to Waikiki beach and so so much more! I would highly recommend this place and would consider staying here again.
Great location and big enough for 2 adults and two kids.
Literally 3 min walk to the beach. Amazing location, easy parking and surfboard storage. Solid kitchen and comfortable beds. Snorkel, beach and boogie board equipment was provided :-)
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was close to the beach and many restaurants. We could walk everywhere. When we went on our circle tour the meet up location was very close.
Within walking distance to pretty much everything we needed, especially the beach. Cute apartment with games, videos and cooking supplies. Communication was easy with the property manager. The tenants of the apartment building were also especially kind and helpful
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. St Pete Beach is lovely with the prettiest sand. Our two bedroom condo was perfect. Our host, Lori, went over and beyond to make our 2 week stay special. Pool was heated to a perfect 85 degrees. We'll definitely be back!
The place was clean, great location, not too busy or loud at night which was nice. Mark and his team were great with communication and very friendly to deal with!
There were alot of extra things available like a boogie board, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs which were really great to have! Some games available too like Scrabble and Uno. Overall it was a great stay and would highly recommend.
This property is in a great location, one block from Waikiki. The apartment has beach accessories that make it convenient to visit the beach any time. Parking was a bit stressful, as you are not guaranteed a spot (as mentioned in the listing) and the garage was really tight, so small vehicles are better off parking in the garage. Apartment was clean and included 2 AC units, one in the bedroom and one in the living area. We didnât receive our check in instructions prior to arrival, so that caused some delay, but all in all, itâs a great value for what you get.
We spent 4 nights there. The pictures correspond to the equipment. Very good kitchen equipment and the possibility of free parking. Check in was easy and comfortable. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very good and reliable communication with the host Mark. Small problems were solved promptly. We would book the accommodation again. Mahalo
Stayed 2 wks, A/C bad, leeked water. Had dirty stand fans, very noisy.Garbage trucks 3 times per night, 7day week, very noisy. Sofa bed needs to be replaced, feel springs. No broom drying rack.Lighting was bad, kichen chairs .unconaiuncomfortable.
We stayed here for 3 nights with aling two teenage girls. The property is very close to the beach which is nice, but it is located on a rough side-street along with two hostels and a scooter rental shop. It was busy and noisy with a constant flow of people at all hours. The parking is not guaranteed which can be frustrating. The first night we stayed there, we spent about an hour trying to find parking as near the condo as possible. For the last two nights we did find parking in the condo garage, but it discouraged us from wanting to drive anywhere in the evening for fear that we wouldnât be able to find parking again. The most positive attribute is its close proximity to Waikiki Beach.
The reason for my rating is the street and building. Despite the location, there is no upscale feeling to this unit.
That said, the location is great, the end of Waikiki and a block from the beach. The unit was xceedingly clean, though it shows some unfortunate wear (such as small holes in the curtains and in the futon sheet). The bathroom is adequate but tiny; the bidet is a nice touch.
We did not use the kitchen but it would be great for people staying longer than we did (two days, not a vacation trip).
The unit is in a locked building on a seedy-looking street, home to three hostels, many potholes. The view is principally the fire escapes and balconies of other apartments or hotels.
I found the key fob system annoying, but likely necessary.
Would I stay here again? Probably not, but I am spoiled. I would recommend this to someone on a budget that favors 3-star motels over Ritz-Carltons.
