Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or a month-long retreat, you'll enjoy 1,400 square feet of custom-designed furnishings, an open kitchen floor plan and generous dining areas perfect for gathering and unwinding. Stay in modern luxury in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo fit for up to 5, conveniently located in Livingston!
Montana Modern Luxury Condo is professionally managed by Cole Property Management, a Livingston, Montana based high-touch, high-service property management company. We are available via Airbnb or other booking platform messaging, email, phone or text should guests have requests before, during or after their visit. Please do not hesitate to reach out!
Located in a new, high end condo complex in Livingston directly behind Albertson's grocery store, multiple convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants, other hotels and more . The highway entrance is just 1/4 mile from the condo and the route to Yellowstone National Park is right outside your door via Highway 89 South. Many of the surrounding units are occupied by residents of Livingston and many of their furry friends. Please be respectful of noise and your neighbors during your stay!
Your Montana Modern Condo is completely dedicated to you and your guests. Please spread out and use all of the amenities provided in the condo, including your second story patio. The complex also has well-manicured grassy areas - a perfect space for your pup to exercise! Montana Modern comes with a dedicated parking spot. More parking is available -- please make sure to park only in the unit's designated spot or in blank spots. Guests may also take advantage of the free street parking near the entrance of the complex on Loves Lane. Parking in resident-designated spots or may get your vehicle towed.
Nestled in the newly built Yellowstone Flats community, this stylish second-floor condo offers sweeping mountain views, open green space and all the comforts of home â just 35 minutes from Bozeman and 45 minutes from Yellowstone.
With 1,400 square feet of professionally designed, one-level living in a secure building, the condo features an open-concept kitchen, dining and living area perfect for entertaining. Easy condo cooking, a fully stocked kitchen and spacious pantry make meal prep a breeze, along with plenty of space to enjoy a gourmet meal, at the spacious dining table or at the high top bar.
The welcoming entryway includes a large closet for jackets, fishing gear and outdoor essentials, while a separate laundry room adds convenience with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The cozy living room offers a large HD TV with streaming options, a warm electric fireplace, board games and a large sofa, plus extra seating. Just off the living room, a private patio invites you to enjoy coffee or mountain views under the Big Sky. High-speed internet keeps you connected throughout your stay, whether you're working remotely or streaming your favorite shows after a long day in the Montana outdoors.
The master bedroom features a king bed, a dedicated wooden desk for remote work and a ensuite bathroom with a rain head shower and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two twin beds and playful, whimsical bedding â perfect for kids or adults. An attached full bathroom with a tub and shower completes the space.

Everything you need is close by â grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores are all within easy walking distance. A nearby bike and walking path stretches all the way to downtown, or hop in the car and be in the heart of town â filled with shops, restaurants, galleries or the local favorite Sacajawea Park area of river trails, local playgrounds, walking space, tennis courts, the community skate park and more â in under five minutes. The condo is just minutes from the interstate on-ramp, making for a quick drive to Bozeman, a scenic cruise through Paradise Valley or a day trip to Yellowstone National Park.
Uber, local taxi services and shuttle companies may be available, depending on the season and time of day.
PETS: Montana Modern Condo does allow 1 dog, per HOA rules - (pet fee required during booking). Service Animals (SA) are always welcome. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) require verified documentation from a licensed mental health professional at least 48 hours before arrival. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages. We kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture and pick up pet waste on the property.
