Clean and spacious

Property is as described and pictured. Easy check in process. Hosts were very communicative on any work/ maintanence going on at the property. close to food, restaurants and souvenir shops. Many families staying in the complex, and the beach is very close, clean and accessible. Would stay here again the next time we come to Ft.Walton.

I love this condo. This was the best stay I have ever had in Florida. This condo is beautiful. Perfect fit for large families. You couldn't ask for a better person to rent from than Mary Alice.she is the best.

Wonderful view. Condo had plenty of room and everything we needed. Only needed maintenance once for something minor and they were there within minutes! Highly recommend

Amazing

We had such an amazing vacation in your condo. It was so perfect, we had two families and it was very spacious and comfortable. The view is awesome. Love the high chairs on patio to see the view. I would recommend this condo. If I could live there a the time I would. We lived it so much we are going back in October. Love that we can walk to restaurants and stores.

Outstanding

I recently stayed here with my mom and 4 cousins. It was an amazing stay!!! We have been coming to Florida for several years for our yearly ladies trip and this was by far the best stay ever!! The condo was amazing and is directly on the beach. My mom is 83 and has some trouble walking in the sand. Not this trip. I will absolutely stay here from now on.

Beautiful condo, great complex

My crew of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The furniture was in very good condition, all the beds were comfy. The unit was nice and clean. The view from the balcony was perfect. We cooked most of our meals in the condo, and for a group our size it would’ve been nice to have a few “”larger” pots & pans, but we made do. We could’ve also used some extra towels for a group our size, but again... not a big problem. By the way, the washer and drier worked great! With as many towels and swimsuits we needed to wash daily, it was great to have a set that worked well (and was full size). The owner was very easy to work with & the property manager was also super nice. Our code to get in didn’t work initially when we got there, but they got that corrected very quickly. And the price for this rental was great! We will definitely stay here again!

Overall a nice condo for the area

We have been staying at the Azure since the first year it opened. It is definitely starting to show its age in the facility as a whole and the quality of the condo's. This condo is still a fine choice for Okaloosa Island, but I do have to point out there is mold all over in the master bedroom bathroom that is clearly being ignored to keep costs down. The hired cleaning staff did a very quick once over in all the bathrooms as they were all still dirty when we arrived. The kitchen sink is missing the faucet spout piece which makes the water spew in all directions as it comes out. The Azure may be under new management as we saw things we have not previously seen in past stays. The pool attendant barged into the first floor condo balcony's to remove towels. To us this was a complete disregard for privacy. The pools were disgusting compared to past stays for cleanliness. The new beach chair attendants do not put the chairs out until 9am. Other renters in the building were leaving garbage in the trash chute room in piles instead of taking the time to actually send it down the chute, which was not backed up by any means. In summary the condo is nice for the money, although the mold not being addressed is absurd and the Azure facility in general is aging fast with a clear direction to reduce running costs by sacrificing facility/amenity quality.

Spencer Thanks for the information. I have addressed the mold issue (an ongoing problem on a condo by the beach). We always get the condo in pristine condition before the busy season, but by the end of the season, the mold in the Master bath has crept in! We are going to have an extra cleaner come in and remove the mold during the season. When we were there in December, there was no issue with the kitchen sink faucet! In general, the beach chairs hours are from 9 am to 5 PM so that was a plus that the attendant was putting them out early. When we visited in May, the attendant had the chairs out by 8 am.

Had a great time! Condo was beautiful and the view of the ocean was exquisite. Saw dolphins right from our balcony. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Will be back in the future

The covered parking is a plus and check in with the keypad is so convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was so quiet and peaceful. The balcony furniture was great! The tile was beautiful but if you like to step out of shower onto a nice rug, be sure to bring your own, I was glad I did. We ate at many great restaurants nearby, Old Bay Steamer, Stewby’s and Sealand.
