This 2-bedroom, 2-bath ''home away from home'' offers a true escape.

* A relaxing theater experience with a new 65' 4K High Definition Samsung TV with sound bar.

* A complete Xbox 360 system with two controllers and games.

* A sumptuous Tempur-Pedic king-sized mattress in the master suite with a Gulf view and balcony access.

* A ''cook friendly'' kitchen fully stocked - featuring NEW granite countertops, stainless appliances and glazed-finish maple cabinets.

* We also manage three adjacent Island Princess condos (612, 614 and 615) if you need to plan for a large gathering or special event like a wedding, family reunion, or graduation celebration.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent! Everything was great and the views of the Gulf supreme! Well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Legacy vacations is a great company to work with. I would recommend them to everyone and usually do. The only problem we had was people on the 7th floor moved their furniture morning, noon and night. I do not know why they would scrape furniture all the time but they did. I would ask the rental companies to please ask their tenants to please pick up the chairs, couches or dead bodies and move them and not scrape them across the floor. To please be considerate of their neighbors.

Great experience

The condo was amazon. It was up to date it had everything you wanted, and very clean. The grounds of the property were amazon and very clean. The pool was clean and maintained every day and warm. The beach access was easy to get to.The beach chairs were set up early in the morning, and the men were very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Condo great management company not!

This was the worst customer service we have ever received in all the times we have come down here. Will never rent a property from Legacy properties again. Rudeness was their main goal! Had a construction issue that could have been an easy fix if they even tired. But they were so rude about the whole thing it completely ruined our trip. The condo itself is wonderful but again never renting from Legacy!

Reviewer Comments: Will never rent a condo again from Legacy Vacation Rentals, when checking out we accidentally left a gold herringbone necklace in a drawer in one of the bedrooms and called soon as we realized within a couple a hours of checking out but before next check in was told that they would call cleaners or send someone to check and of course they said they didn’t find it. There was no one else in the condo so there is no way it wasn’t found! Please double check you have everything of value when checking out because you will not get it back! Whoever they had check for the necklace was not honest at all! KARMA!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location couldn’t have been better. The experience leading up to the reservation was on point as well as the check out process. I did speak with the owner directly and he was wonderful helping set everything up. I will say the weakest point was the furniture and appliances within the unit. The beds were very bad. Both were extremely hard and our guests ended on up on the couches. These are beyond firm mattresses. I would recommend the owner putting a little money into all furnishings and updating. The couches had stains all over them and the cushions were so used that the frame of the couch was higher than the cushions themselves in some areas. The barstools are filthy and some would swivel while others would not. The washer and dryer worked fine but the tub is off balanced and made extremely loud noises each cycle. Overall a little furniture remodel would go a long way to make this special unit wonderful. The TVs in the unit are wonderful and large for each space. That was a positive for sure. The unit was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with towels. We would love to return once the furniture has been updated.

The beds were comfy and all the furniture looked brand new including the couch. That makes it more of a comfortable stay for me. The pool was clean and taken Care of along with the deck to the beach. All the gates required codes so it made you feel secure along with the security guard that patrolled. The only thing that was annoying was the elevator being very slow (20mins). Location was great. It was close to everything you might need. We will be back for sure!
