—> GUEST ACCESS:

-- Our guests have full access to the entire house including all 3 private outdoor areas on our 2-acre property. Several closets are locked for owner use only.

-- Our garage is used for the ping-pong table and is not available for guest parking. You can park a maximum of four cars in our driveway.

-- You will need a 4-wheel drive(4WD) OR All-wheel drive (AWD) vehicle to travel in Colorado between November and May. We strongly recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle all year-round in case of unexpected snow storms or other weather conditions. Please do not drive to our home without the appropriate vehicle.
