Your entire group can get together around the large kitchen island that leads into the living room with a gas fireplace. Great open floor plan. Enjoy the Scottsdale weather with the large rolling windows that lead from the living room into the backyard. 6 chaise lounge chairs by the pool (optional heating to 82 degrees for $75 per night). Outdoor bar with 2 TVS. Safe family neighborhood close to everything!

We are located is West Scottsdale right next to Arizona Country Club. The neighborhood is filled with single family homes on 1/2 acre to 1 acre lots. Mature landscaping with flood irrigation has our neighborhood filled with more green and shade than most others. In our neighborhood, we can enjoy the Sun of the Desert with mature tall green trees!

Park in our driveway with up to 2 vehicles. We do not have covered parking. Street parking is allowed. Short drive to Sky harbor International Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, and Arcadia! Ubers are everywhere, and if you prefer to walk there is a pharmacy, restaurant, and a high end spirits store all within a quarter mile.
