THINGS TO NOTE: We do require a Pre-Arrival form and a Rental agreement as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. Please note, all rental agreements and pre-arrival forms must be complete prior to receiving the code.

PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
This is a residential area. We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be respected. Our home is equipped with Noise Aware Monitors inside and in the backyard to protect our neighbors. There is one Ring Camera at front door and one facing the driveway.

SERVICE PROVIDERS:
During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance and upkeep of our home. Below is the schedule.
NOTE: days are subject to change

OUTDOOR CAMERAS:
Exterior cameras are located in the front of the home and back gate for security. There are no interior cameras.

NOISE MONITORS:
Noise monitors are located inside and outside of the home to ensure quiet hours of 10pm-9am are followed. These measure decibel levels only. No sound is transmitted or recorded.
