🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS- State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only- it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.
📷 SECURITY CAMERAS For the safety of guests and the property, we have one security camera at the front door and one camera at the garage. There are no cameras inside the home.
✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED This property requires a rental agreement and a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed.

Great Home and Property Manager
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the home in Arcadia area. Ease of access to dining, hiking, golf, airport made this location ideal. Loved the outdoor patio and fire feature for relaxing evenings. Property Manager Jackie was outstanding as always responsive to questions and needs! Would definitely stay at this property again!

A perfect place for our extended family .
We all love to cook and the kitchen is a true chefs space, plenty of room and everything we needed .

This listing was as expected…amazing! The whole process was easy and the neighborhood is nice and calm. The best part was the shower in the primary suite/room lol. Overall, the home is lovely and the host was very responsive. If you are looking for somewhere to book, this is the one!

The property was very nice, however, a few disappointments:No salad bowl or platters No placemats. Property is outside of Arcadia neighborhoodNo second set of sheets. For a very expensive property, a bit disappointing.

Comfortable Stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was plenty big for me and my husband. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed on cook New Year’s Eve dinner. The location is very close to Starbucks which we loved and to a great local restaurant that we thought was fantastic, Vecina. Jackie was kind to allow us to extend our visit due to the cancellation of our flight. Loved walking on the canal, to Old Town, and through the lovely Arcadia neighborhood.

Family Event
This was the perfect home for our family. We were in Phoenix for a family event and this was a great location. Our 17 and 18 year old each had their own bedroom and bath and the master bedroom is huge and super comfortable. The living room/kitchen was big and a great hangout place for all of us. Jackie was immediately responsive when we had a couple questions about how things worked. We were very happy with it!

Beautiful Property
My stay at this property was nothing short of amazing! The property was spotless. Upon arrival where I was greeted with a gift box as well! The master suite is very beautiful and extremely spacious. The day room attached to the master suite is also a very nice touch, although there is no pool in the backyard, there is an area for seating with an outdoor fireplace, which I really enjoyed. The rest of the bedrooms in the house were also extremely clean and spacious as well. I would definitely recommend Phoenix stays and this property.Thank you for being such a commutative house as well

Beautiful Home!
The house was very nice, had everything we needed and was cozy. The master suite is amazing! And the great room worked perfect for our family. The backyard was awesome too, a nice quiet little getaway!
A couple small (and I would say, very small) gripes:
1. My parents were the first to arrive and couldn't get into the house using the code provided for quite some time, (might have been user error, it's an electronic key pad and they're not super tech savvy). Eventually, after getting in touch with the owners, they had to use an actual key that was locked on the premises because the code didn't work.
2. One of the guest bedrooms, the one I was staying in, was locked when we arrived, it too has an electronic key pad, there were no instructions on the code, I tried using the code we received to the front door, but that didn't work. I eventually reached out to the owners again and was able to get in touch with the 2nd person I texted and got the code to get into the room, although he had to make several guesses as to what the code was.
3. The rugs in the bedrooms blocked the doors from being opened/closed because they were too close to the doors and too thick to go under the doors. Not that big of a deal, we just rolled up the edges and tucked them under, but then they became a major tripping hazard... not great for my father who has balance issues to begin with!
4. The kitchen is beautiful, but a bit odd... (again very small gripe), there's two sinks, but the one with the disposal is not the one next to the dishwasher, so we had to scrape food out of the nearby sink multiple times. Also the refrigerator felt like it was going to fall apart.
5. When I booked my reservation, I clicked the option for "Infants (under 2)" as one of the age ranges that will be in our party. I rented baby gear from a rental company so that I didn't have to travel with a lot of stuff, turns out that the house came equipped with a pack n' play, but this is not stated in any of the information about the house. I could have saved money if this was mentioned in the details, or if the owners actually looked at my reservation age ranges and informed me ahead of time like other properties have done in the past.
