VERY clean and convenient to so much in the area. The front door lock gave us a little problem but after that everything was great.

Weekend stay for wedding

Very nice home. Owner was quick to respond to problems we had. I will not go into details of the stay because it’s between the owner and my family. Overall everything was just great!! Will stay here again.

Great spot in Spring Hill

I live local and rented this house for out of town family to stay during a familt celebration. The group included 2 seniors 2 adults and 3 children. Thw house was perfect! Quiet neighborhood, close to retailers, and comfortable furnishings.

Oct 1-6. 2024 Stay

This was my first experience renting a VRBO, and it was a very pleasant experience. The house was clean, the kitchen will stocked with dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils & cookware and spices. Also plenty of books & games for entertainment. Any questions were promptly replied to by the contact person. Would highly recommend this home to rent, and will rent this home in the future for travels to Spring Hill & Nashville area.

Our VRBO in Spring Hill Tennessee

We found it on line the VRBO app. Looked up area in or near Columbia. Saw this beautiful house looked at it the price was right. So I sent a request, we had an ok that day. Paid by credit card, and then just waited for the day we would arrive. A day or two before we were to come down the owner texted that everything would be ready for the day and the access code would be good at rental time. We arrived at rental time, the code was good, and the owner was just driving by so he introduced him self and we chatted a bit. He had mentioned if we had any trouble or questions and he would get back to me right away. I had 2 questions and he responded within the half hour. The house was beautiful and plenty of room for the 5 of us. Well worth my time and money. Thank you Casper!

Very nice & spacious home with everything you need - especially appreciate the quick responses from the homeowner on any questions we had. Also enjoyed the BBQ as we used it multiple times - thanks for your hospitality!! We look forward to staying here again when in this area

The home was great for our Thanksgiving rental. It was clean well stocked with just about any kitchen need. The laundry was clean and there were plenty of cleaning supplies. We had an issue with the a couple of the appliances but the property manager was very responsive and took action.

Girls weekend Trip to Nashville

Nashville is a fun town, even for us middle age women. We enjoyed our stay but would recommend a few updates. The house is very nice and has great bedrooms except for the beds. I got the bunk beds and the mattress was 3" thick and was in a plastics cover along with some of the other beds, and the plastic crinkled when you moved. I felt like I was sleeping in hospital bed. The beds were NOT comfortable at all. The carpet upstairs needs to be replaced, it was pretty old and gross, thank goodness I bought my sleepers. I know that a lot of VRBO plug in air fresheners this house as many. It was over whelming. We had yo unplug them and open up the windows. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need and the house is very clean.

Wonderful accommodations!

This property was everything we expected and more! Plenty of rooms for the whole family. Attended a wedding in Spring Hill, location was close to the venue, grocery stores, and restaurants! We spent a day in Nashville, which was only a short 30 minute drive. I highly recommend this beautiful home! Kerry D
