Our home was built in 1997 and has been lovingly maintained. We continuously update, improve, and clean the property to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While it offers modern comforts, it also retains the warmth, charm, and relaxed character of an older classic Southern waterfront retreat. If you're looking for a brand-new, ultra-modern home, this may not be the perfect fit.

You're renting ground level and second level of this villa, can sleep a total of 20. This grand 1.1 acre estate is located on the intercoastal waterway, with breathtaking sunrise views has a heated pool (please note we do not have a jacuzzi). Rental boasts over 6,000 square feet of living space, plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy or enjoy great group gatherings. In addition, outside you will have over 10,000 square feet of covered deck space to relax and enjoy the shade on those hot steamy days.

On the second level a grand entrance hall with chandelier greet you, beautiful wood staircase leading to third floor mezzanine which has two bunk beds, each with a double bed on bottom and single bed on top, sleeping a total of 6 in mezzanine, rest of third floor not accessible with rental. Garage and some storage on ground level not included.

Featuring a very large kitchen in the heart of 2nd floor, two full size ice and water dispensing fridges, two wall ovens, a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and cooktop ensure your gourmet meals can be prepared in comfort. A massive island highlights open space concept of second floor great room. Washer and dryer included for guests use at any time.

A master suite fitting for the head of family, it has ensuite washroom, with large his & hers closets, step up large tub for two and a step up shower with gold plated faucets. It’s at far end of second floor providing privacy and tranquility. Three other bedrooms, one with an ensuite washroom located second floor. Guest wash room boasts a claw foot tub. Very large open dining, living and sitting spaces provide panoramic views of inter-coastal waterway. French doors lead out to very large whole house wrap around covered deck, perfect for lounging or outside dining.

On the ground level there are two spaces, they are separate apartments with no connection to each other or to the second level, so its ideal for multiple families or multi- generational families. Ground level has a 2 BR apt each BR has a queen bed, apt has a full bathroom plus it has a queen sofa bed in living room and in addition on ground level is a 1 BR apt with one queen bed and one single bed all in same BR and a full bathroom, both have kitchens with dining/living rooms. The 1 bedroom apt. is ideally suited as a nanny quarter.

Located on U.S. 1 for easy access, Indian River (Intercoastal Waterway) accessed from the large backyard, property features over an acre of grounds lined with lush tropical coconut palm trees and other tropical landscaping. Breathless views of the water and morning sun rises. Covered whole house wrap around deck. Numerous outside dining tables and chairs. Plenty of chaise lounge chairs throughout backyard, heated pool and deck area - lie back and enjoy tropical view, read a book or just relax. Out front, parking and places to explore and stroll property.

Fish off the dock or just sit back and watch dolphins, manatees come right up to your feet. Lots of places to lounge around, enjoy pool and views of water and boaters.

Beaches with plenty of free parking within 5 minutes, just drive across Pineda Causeway and turn onto A1A, either go north (left) and you have Pineda Beach Park or go south (right) and you’ll have beautiful beaches with free parking every mile or two starting with Hightower Beach Park. Bring your fishing gear for world class fishing off the pier at Sebastian inlet 30 minutes away. If golf is your game, there are numerous golf courses within 5 to 20 minutes.

Centrally located, about 55 minutes away from Disney World, spend the day at Disney then come home to enjoy a nice evening by the pool and open water view with boats, sea life and refreshing breezes coming off intercoastal. Cocoa Beach 10 minutes and Cape Canaveral 20 minutes away. Get the launch schedule and watch rocket launches right from back yard.

Restaurants, starting with Grills Riverside Seafood Deck & Tiki Bar just 100 yards from property on US1 where you can enjoy some great dining right on the rivers edge. Choice of casual, fine dining and fast food all along Wickham Rd. just minutes away or head towards the 192 for dozens of restaurants, everything from steak houses to sushi.

Shop for all your essentials and groceries at Walmart, Target, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Lowes and Home Depot all about 5 to 10 minutes away on Wickham Rd. and Highway A1A. Melbourne Square Mall is a ten minutes head south on U.S. 1, turn right (west) on 192 (also known as West New Haven Ave.) it will lead you right to Melbourne Square Mall and dozens of dining choices along the way. Viera mall 7 minutes away, just off of I95.
