This was a great property and conveniently located! The host was very responsive and we went during turtle hatching season, which was so cool. The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and it fit our family easily. If we were to come back to that area, we would definitely recommend this house!

Wonderful Family Trip!!!

What a wonderful place to spend a vacation with family! The house is spectacular and the location is perfect - right on the beach but far away from most other beach goers. It felt like we were on our own island! Our host was responsive and available before, during and after the trip, but we didn’t need much because they thought of everything beforehand and the house had everything we needed and more!! 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

Unique Property with Great Beach Access

What a unique property! We really enjoyed our visit with three generations of our family. The location ensures the beach area next to property feels like your own private beach.

Perfect family getaway with toddlers, tween, and grandparents

This house was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and a literal paradise. We have been waiting so long to go to the beach with our 16 month old twin toddlers. This property made it so easy to take one twin up for a nap while the other stayed on the beach to play. Our 11 year old had so much fun. He was able to be free without a care in the world. The owner had everything we needed - 2 cribs, 2 high chairs, toys for our tween, kids dishes, kids cups, beach toys, chairs, etc.The pictures do not do justice to what a relaxing paradise this house was. The only only slight critique that would have made the trip a little more comfortable was the temperature of the house. It was a bit hot. However, once we started running all of the fans they had in the house, it was perfect! There were plenty of ceiling fans and baseless fans for each of the rooms. I couldn’t recommend this property more. And I wish we would have booked for 2-3 more days!

Perfect Beach Home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beach home. It had fantastic beach access, surfboards, and boogie boards for us to utilize. Jackie was a fantastic host. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

January Getaway

The property was everything you could have asked for and much more in a VRBO rental by the beach! They had everything that you would need in a vacation rental. Toys and beach chairs for all! Plenty of beach towels just a short walk to the beach! The hammocks were used daily, the pool was wonderful! The host was very punctual when getting back to me with any questions that I had. The house had a beautiful beach feel, top end furnishings, clean, with all the amenities that you would want or need for a beach vacation! I would highly recommend staying here, everything was great!!!

As advertised - and better

The property was immaculate. It was even better in-person than in pictures (if possible) and everything was setup for fun and ease of use. Jacqueline was incredible in answering our questions pre-stay and went above and beyond to ensure the renting process was seamless. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and unique spot on the beach in the Cocoa area.

Perfect family getaway

From the moment we set eyes on this beachfront property to the time we have to depart … everything was just perfect! Jacqueline, our host was very professional and gracious. She responded to all our questions at any time of day. She genuinely cared. We are a family of eight adults and one infant. The house accommodated all of us comfortably and more. The house is cleaned. It is fully stocked with whatever you may need . It is tastefully decorated with comfort and style. Every pictures you see on the website is exactly as shown and more. We were blessed with great summer weather in mid November. The beach was just steps away. The water was warm and inviting. We were all surprised how warm the water was as compared to some of the beaches in our West coast. We all wished we could stay longer! It was a great decision to come to this property after our trip to Disney. The magic and wonders never end!!!

Paradise!!

The place is just awesome! Our family of 10 had plenty of room and everyone had a great time! Beach equipment galore, the kids loved the pool, views to die for, and very clean. Beds were comfy too! Jacqueline was so responsive for any questions we had and checking in was a breeze. Would love to come back and stay longer next time!

Above and beyond!

I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, and this was one of the most enjoyable and well thought out houses I’ve experienced! The house itself is stunning. The high ceilings, plenty of space for a large family to spread out and relax alone or gather together, and a huge gourmet kitchen to cook in. We were very impressed with the layout and little touches. Like games for kids and adults, cute notes for finding and operating all the features, and plenty of beach equipment for enjoying the huge private beach. Jaqueline the owner was fabulous! She made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived and was extremely accommodating when we asked if my sister could have a spontaneous wedding on the beach! She even had mimosas and strawberries in the refrigerator when we arrived! Our stay was memorable thanks to her and the beautiful accommodations. Best beach rental in Cocoa Beach area and will definitely be back!

we provide everything you need to enjoy the surf and sand, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, pop up tent, body boards, skim board.

on very private stretch of beach, guests have described our property as "heaven on earth", "a piece of paradise". on 1/2 acre, spacious 4000+ sq ft property offers plenty of room for everyone. beautifully decorated, with great floor plan.

ideal for 2 families or 4 couples, traveling together.

we offer 3 king beds, a murphy queen and twin/full bunk. bunk comfortably sleeps 1 adult + 1 child, or 3 children. We can also offer an air mattress to accommodate a total of 13. the downstairs space could be a private retreat, with own living room area, full bathroom, extra sink/ counter, wine cooler, small fridge, and icemaker.

Grab your favorite drink & watch the Rocket Launches from private beach or steal glimpses of mamma turtles laying her eggs, or her turtle hatchlings waddling to the water during turtle season (May - October)!!

Enjoy surf and sand with beach amenities we provide, including towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, pop up tent and water toys. We also provide outdoor gas BBQ, new Large Big Green Egg charcoal grill / smoker, and tools and for the gourmet coffee lover, a Breville Espresso Machine.
