My family and I had a delightful beach vacation at this home. Having the beach so close was great fun, and the house was very comfortable. The Host was wonderful to communicate with, and offered information on things to do, such as the Rocket Launch - great to watch! We appreciated the toys for the little ones, and the kids dishes, cups, bowls, and utensils. So many different areas in and out for family to gather or be alone was very nice. Close to restaurants and shopping. A lovely place to enjoy a beach vacation!

The home is gorgeous and directly on the beach. There were so few people around us that it was honestly like having our own private beach which, we loved. We have two teenagers and they loved having their own spaces with their own bathrooms. We travel a lot and this was probably one of the best vacation homes we have rentedThe only downside was that we really couldn’t find any excellent/quality restaurants nearby and Cocoa Beach itself has some areas that need refreshed and fixed up. We were in our own little world at the house and the view from just about every room was stunning.

Great unobstructed ocean view and access. The beach is private and quiet. The house is kept beautifully and the kitchen fully stocked and with high end appliances. All the little areas, like pool, hammocks, outdoor bar, fire pit patio, green egg smoker and main deck was like having our own little island.Beach “toys” and towels provided.The host was always responsive and even offered to have board games delivered on the rainy days.It’s a great choice and we’d love to go back again.

The house was immaculate, fully equipped with everything you need, beach toys, chairs, a gorgeous back yard with multiple seating areas, views of the ocean, and a pool! This was a great property and conveniently located! The host was very responsive and we went during turtle hatching season, which was so cool. This house and outdoor space was even more stunning than the pictures portrayed. Beautifully appointed home, complete privacy, wonderfully secluded path to the beach, multiple spaces to enjoy the outdoors, and everything one needs to entertain themselves at the beach. Hammocks under a canopy of SeaGrapes were a bit hit with our family. The hosts were awesome both before and during our stay: left several surprise gifts to help our family celebrate a significant milestone, accommodated our schedule, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful Family Trip!!!

What a wonderful place to spend a vacation with family! The house is spectacular and the location is perfect - right on the beach but far away from most other beach goers. It felt like we were on our own island! Our host was responsive and available before, during and after the trip, but we didn’t need much because they thought of everything beforehand and the house had everything we needed and more!! 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

ideal for 2 families or 4 couples traveling together.

we offer 3 king beds, a murphy queen and twin/full bunk. bunk comfortably sleeps 1 adult + 1 child, or 3 children. We can also offer an air mattress to accommodate a total of 13. the downstairs space could be a private retreat, with its own living room area, full bathroom, extra sink / counter, wine cooler, small fridge, and ice maker.
