Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for extended stay. All stainless-steel appliances, including microwave. Initial coffee/tea and condiments supplied. All kitchen essentials including blender, pots/pans, spices, silverware, plates, bowls, WINE GLASSES, glasses and large coffee mugs to enjoy your perfect morning coffee.

Dine together at the modern four-person table and chairs.

Bed & Bath
Starter Bathroom amenities supplied in both bathrooms, bath towels, linens, pool towels and iron/ironing board.

Master bedroom has a private bathroom with dual sinks and large mirrored closet. King bed in Master bedroom with Nectar mattress. Smart TV with remote and Alexa echo clock. Master also has access to the large balcony overlooking the pool with a bistro set to enjoy a late-night glass of wine.

Secondary bedroom boasts its own private balcony with loveseat and table for a quiet space with some shade in the late afternoon. Queen bed in secondary bedroom with Nectar mattress. Secondary bedroom also has a Smart TV and remote as well as an Alexa echo clock.

Living Area
Comfortable living room with slider to balcony overlooking pool. Large 65in Smart TV with Spectrum cable and high-speed internet. Sectional couch that makes into an additional sleeping space. Work desk area and cozy electric fireplace.

Washer/dryer in laundry closet off master bedroom balcony. Some games available as well as 2 tennis rackets, Wifi, Parking for up to 2 cars.

Host follows all CDC guidelines for sanitary condition including units vacancy days prior to guest arrival.

Other things to note:

*Responsible guest must be at least 25 years old and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.

*Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.

*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. No outdoor music on patio or pool.

*Please don’t wear shoes in the house.

*Absolutely no smoking inside the unit, on balconies or front entry.

*All Palm Springs "Good Neighbor" rules to be reviewed and followed.
