We made a great choice on the property. Surgery at the Mayo occurred during the stay and we felt the property served extremely well, clean, quiet, well located as a wonderful site for recovery. The kitchen is well supplied. There were some mechanical problems which were promptly taken care of. Highly recommended

We have been visiting Arizona for approx 35 years. The past 8 years we have been spending 30 days min. at each stay. This recent stay (30days) at this house has been the BEST of all stays. The host is exceptional, location is gated & quiet/secure, the house has ALL necessary items for living & enjoyment; heated pool, heated spa, putting green, outdoor grill with if needed heater along with add'l gas tank provided. We definitely will return if all circumstances allow us too. CLEANLINESS WAS UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO US. (5stars- not an issue)

Beautiful views, plenty of space, and fun activities

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Bellasera. The house is spacious and well-appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedrooms are all large and comfortable. The backyard is amazing, with a large pool, hot tub, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The location is also perfect, just a drive from all the best things Scottsdale has to offer. The host was very friendly and helpful, and she went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. She even gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Scottsdale. Here are some specific details about our stay: The house is located in a quiet, gated community. The backyard is huge, with a pool, hot tub, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The bedrooms are all large and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The host was very friendly and helpful, and she went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Bellasera. Beautiful House

Beautiful house in northern Scottsdale that is even nicer than the photos. We enjoyed the large windows letting in the light and the high ceilings. The house was clean and well stocked and met all our needs. We cooked often and there was plenty of dishes, flatware, pots, pans, etc. AJs and a very good Safeway are a short driving distance from the house. We also enjoyed getting to know the restaurants in the area. Uncle Louie’s is close-by and I recommend the pizza and Italian wine list. Chula’s is a great lunch spot in Grayhawk area. Buck and Riders, an excellent seafood restaurant, is about a 20 minute drive. The house is a short driving distance to some of the best hiking in Phoenix, including Pinnacle Peak. In addition, there is a mountain within the community, Lone Mountain, that is a 10 minute walk from the house. We hiked it several times and went to Gregg’s Landing near the base of the mountain to see sunsets. The gated community is walkable and the neighbors are friendly. There is a heated pool in the community center, which looked very nice but we didn’t use. Our family did use the fitness center. Gretchen, the host, was very responsive and communicative. She left us some snacks and a lovely bottle of wine for our arrival. We loved our stay and would rent again!!

We are the parents of six adult children and our family is growing! One of us is retired and the other is near the finish line. We love to golf, swim, run, bike, hike, shop, and travel and, most importantly, spend time with family and friends. North Scottsdale, with its elevation and proximity to all of our favorite things, has proven to be our dream home away from home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased this property as our future retirement home and have enjoyed furnishing it with a southwest theme to fit the Arizona vibe. We are renting it for a few months of the year until we can fully make use of it in the next few years.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This home is very special. Located just minutes from golf, hiking, and fun, it is a treasure to stay home and enjoy the desert beauty and serenity. Not only does it have many windows to let the outdoors in, it is situated with the desert wash in the back and side yards so it feels like there are no neighbors. There is privacy and splendor everywhere you look. The Bellasera community boasts its own fantastic amenities as well from pickle ball/tennis courts to large swimming pool area complete with lots of lounging areas. Bellasera also has a private entrance to the trails up Lone Mountain.

A short drive away are shopping, dining, golf and hiking. Guests love the unique western experience at The Buffalo Chip in Cave Creek or the galleries in Carefree. This area is home to Spring Training, Waste Management PGA Tournament and professional football and baseball in nearby Phoenix.

We love it here!
