Spend your days casting a line off our brand-new dock—the fishing here is fantastic! When you're ready to cool off, a private swimming area is just steps away. In the evenings, gather on the spacious deck for a meal with a view, or roast marshmallows and share stories around the brand-new lakeside fire pit as the stars come out.

Our property comfortably sleeps 8 and features two separate buildings. The main house has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. A separate, detached bunkhouse provides the third bedroom and a second full bathroom, offering a private space for part of your group.

While the setting feels wonderfully secluded, you're only minutes from charming local spots. Explore the unique shops and delightful dining in downtown Mineola, or take a short drive to Lindale (15 mins) or Tyler (30 mins) for more options.
