For clarity, the listing clearly states that this is a private basement unit within our home, with the owners living upstairs. The unit has a completely separate entrance and no shared spaces. While most guests find it comfortable and private, some normal household sound transfer can occur in a basement setting. All kitchen amenities are accurately described. An oven and freezer are not listed or advertised. For safety reasons, we advise guests not to run multiple high-wattage appliances simultaneously to prevent tripping the breaker — this is a precaution, and all appliances function properly. The coffee maker was cleaned prior to arrival, and cleanliness is something we take very seriously. Temperature adjustments are handled promptly upon request to ensure guest comfort. Laundry access is available at a nearby laundromat as stated in the listing; in-unit laundry is not advertised. Parking instructions were provided in writing along with a detailed video before arrival. When concerns were raised, we offered a full refund option — even though the reservation was not eligible — but the guest chose to continue the stay. We consistently receive 5-star reviews across platforms, reflecting our commitment to transparency and high standards.

We already shared pictures while booking from every corner of the room https://www.vrbo.com/2888182?adultsCount=3&arrival=2022-08-03&departure=2022-08-05&unitId=3460222. This room is muti-purpose room, it can be utilized to play Ping-Pong or Pull the two Chairs and Watch TV. b) Noisy Fish Tank: Sorry for this experience, fish tank has a pump that vibrates on the table if not placed properly. If you would have just pinged us, this could have been taken care immediately by someone. This is fixed permanently now, thanks for calling it out. c) Noise from next floor: Sorry for this, again a small ping to Host could have minimized the noise level. This is taken care now and apologies for the experience. d) Utensils in kitchenette: We have listed all the items in the Kitchenette in the listing and all the pics were already shared. Apart from plates, glasses, Kitchenette has many different size microwave safe Bowls, Dishes, Knifes, Spoons, Serving Spoons, Forks, Mugs, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Micro-Wave, Refrigerator as well. All that are shown in the pic while booking https://www.vrbo.com/2888182?adultsCount=3&arrival=2022-08-03&departure=2022-08-05&unitId=3460222, if anything specific was needed, it could have been asked, and we would have tried our best to provide.
