Welcome to Coco Plum Paradise, ideally located in the heart of Coco Plum in Marathon. This prime waterfront retreat offers everything you need for an unforgettable Florida Keys vacation. With its exceptional canal-front setting and spacious layout, this home truly embodies âlocation, location, location.â We love this property and are excited to share our slice of paradise with you.
This unique and affordable waterfront home features five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 licensed guests. The bedding configuration includes five king bedsâone bedroom conveniently located on the ground levelâand a pullout sofa in the living room. Two bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms for added privacy. Each bedroom includes a Smart flat-screen TV, generous closet space, and updated dressers for storing personal belongings.
The home has been thoughtfully updated inside and out with new interior and outdoor furniture (including four sofas and one loveseat), new mattresses and bedding, updated bedroom sets, new interior and exterior paint, a newer metal roof, nautical artwork, and an updated kitchen. The dining table seats eight comfortably. Outdoors, youâll enjoy a beautiful pool with an attached soaking tub, a paver driveway, privacy landscaping, a large shaded tree, and a low-maintenance synthetic grass area ideal for relaxing or gathering.
Situated on an impressive 200-foot-wide canal, the backyard offers expansive water views and approximately 80 feet of dockage along 110 feet of waterfront. There is ample parking for six or more vehicles plus two boat trailers. The yard is fully fenced for privacy and provides abundant space for boats, trailers, water toys, and outdoor enjoyment.
The outdoor living space is truly exceptional. A large tiki hut with an extended built-in bar top creates the perfect setting for dining and entertaining. The backyard also features four lounge chairs, eight Adirondack chairs, and multiple shaded and sun-soaked areas to unwind. Guests can relax poolside, enjoy the ocean breeze under the shade tree, or take in the peaceful canal views. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for morning or evening walksâCoco Plum Beach is just minutes away. The home also offers spacious front balconies on both levels, providing additional seating and privacy.
Inside, the fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils. Linens, bath towels, starter toiletries, and a full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.
For recreation beyond the water, the Florida Keys Country Club is just 10 minutes away and offers golf and tennis facilities. Nearby community amenities include a skate park, basketball courts, and baseball fields.
Of course, the true highlight is the surrounding ocean and world-class fishing. Located minutes from both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, Marathon offers exceptional access to offshore and reef fishing, snorkeling, and diving. Anglers regularly target mahi, tuna, sailfish, and grouper, while nearshore waters are home to snook, tarpon, and manatees. Dolphins are often spotted in the canal, and fishing directly from the dock is fun for guests of all ages.

We are locals and love Marathon and all of its natural resources. We strongly believe in being responsible stewards of our natural resources so our children and their children can enjoy them for years to come.

This property is amazing!!!! The back yard is a post card of perfection with wide open water views, pool, tiki hut and shade when you need it. If you don't feel like fishing or boating, just take a 5 minute stroll down to Coco Plum Beach. It's beautiful.
