Nestled on the first level of our three-level home, indulge in tranquility with our private heated pool and spa, basking in the Florida sunshine amidst lush tropical surroundings while your freshly caught meal sizzles on the grill. Pool heating is available upon request for a fee. For boating aficionados, our 40' private dock offers direct access to the Atlantic Ocean for memorable aquatic adventures.

2nd Level of the Home:

This is the main level. Experience seamless entertainment in our open-concept living/kitchen/dining area, perfect for gathering and relaxation. Take in panoramic views of the canal and distant ocean vistas from the comfort of two expansive balconies—one on the 2nd and another on the 3rd level of the home—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset. In our fully equipped kitchen, channel your inner chef with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials to create delicious meals for your loved ones. Relax and reconnect in one of two spacious living areas—one on the 2nd level and another on the 3rd—each featuring smart TVs and cable TV for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Retreat to the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while two additional bedrooms offer queen beds for restful nights.

3rd Level of the Home:

Ascend to the third level, where you'll find the expansive 2nd living room, adorned with ample seating and a cozy corduroy bean bag chair that transforms into a queen bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Venture further to discover two luxurious master bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite bathroom and direct access to a balcony overlooking the sparkling pool and serene canal, offering a tranquil retreat amidst breathtaking views.


••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

••• Special Reminder: This property has exterior video cameras, but none on the interior.

"We had a great stay. Awesome house that accommodated our whole family. Walk out the back door to a pool and a dock for the boat, who can ask for more than that! I would deff recommend any of the properties that Coco Plum has, their service and responsiveness was great. Thanks for the great stay in Marathon."

"We had an amazing experience at this house. It was very clean and tidy. The house was really spacious and did not feel small at all. The rooms are perfect size and the living room is really spacious as well. The pool is really big and very pretty and its perfect for vacation. I would 100% recommend this house and i loved everything about it. Thank you so much for a great experience! Will for sure be going back."
