Cute cottage in the heart of Rockport. Located just a short walk to the city pier, Rockport Beach and the City Festival Grounds. This quaint cottage has a Queen size bed and a Full bathroom with a tub/ Shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini- fridge. Coffee cups, linens and towels are provided. This is the perfect place to stay when enjoying an exciting fishing trip, Romantic getaway or just some time at the beach. This cottage is also pet friendly, has a Community BBQ area and fast speed Wifi.

Just what I needed. Their grass is beautiful so if you stay there and take your puppy please take your poop bags. The grass is nice and manicured. The place was very clean and stocked with great coffee and cups. This place is also very close to everything. I will rent again.

Cutest beach cottage! This was a wonderful weekend getaway! Great price, easy communication, friendly staff, perfect location in walking distance to downtown Rockport. Definitely recommend!

Cozy Cottage Close to Everything

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was plenty of space for 2 adults and our dog. It was clean and nicely decorated. We didn't have any issues while staying here. Staff provided all the info to check in the day of.the only thing I didn't love was that there's no window to see the parking lot so you can't see your car if needed. There is a window that faces the other side. It was nice to be able to quickly walk outside for my dog to take care of business. Lots of grassy areas available which was great. This was in a good spot too, close to the beach area, bars, shops, etc.

A very cute little property. There are several units. Ours was about the size of a hotel room with a micro wave and fridge. Great location close to restaurants and swimming. If we stay here again we will bring something to soften the mattress.

My wife and I had a fantastic weekend in this sweet cottage, 2 blocks from the beach. Nina was very attentive! We will be back soon!

Great place! Cute, clean, close to beach! But check in is late 4pm. Would have liked to get in at least one hour sooner. Being at the beach all day and needed a shower.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time in Rockport. This location is walking distance to the park and it all has a slow pace to the town. All you need is within minutes away. The apartment, I called it, was clean and it was all you need to spend the night.One issue I had was the buffering of the WiFi on the tv. Not the end of the world mind you but when you turn on and start watching, you hope to not have the signal die every five minutes. Technology is what it is.I felt very safe with the police department and city hall next door.The fact that we were part of a church setting also made me feel comfortable. Only form of command when we got there an email gave us the code and all the details for the stay. Which was fine with me.

Cozy and clean!

The lush grass was great for the dogs. Parking was easy. We did not see or hear the neighbors. Walking distance to marina and the cafe. Short drive to little town, shopping, and coffee shops. This town is laid back and very chill compared to Port Aransas or the rat race of Corpus. If you're looking to relax and enjoy great restaurants, do it!

Pet friendly,enough towels, great water pressure,and surprised of the history of the location. Good photo opps in the backyard and beautiful Magnolia tree. Sitting on the patio with a glass of wine was peaceful.
