Little Rose Cottage is walking distance to downtown Rockport (shopping) and for the fishermen walking distance to a free city fishing jetty. The cottage sleeps 4 very comfortably with cozy comfortable beds, internet, tv, over bed reading lights , BBQ ,etc. You will enjoy the attached patio area(under a huge shade tree & patio lights) for afternoon happy hour and evening cook outs. Approximately 1mile from the beach!

Enjoyed the weekend

Great escape from the city. We enjoyed the place and our golden retriever loved the big fenced yard. Much needed break and a great place to do that.

Enjoyed the stay!

We enjoyed the quiet community and proximity to the Gulf Coast. Convenient to many restaurants and shops. The neighbors Rick and Tiffany were great to us. Our questions were answered very quickly. We'll be back! Thanks Tommy!

Great location, my wife and I were there for 5 nights.Had all the comforts of home, Rick made sure we had everything, walking distance to town and Gulf. would make one recommendation, to replace the shower head. lookingforward to coming back in the summer.

Nice house, nice neighborhood

Great house with the basics. For some guys coming to fish, it’s an ideal setup. Owner extremely responsive. Enjoyed my stay. Very pleased with location. Will heavily recommend.

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and a great location. Had a great time and had everything we needed at the cottage. Cute little figurine on the bathroom shelf. Laughed every time I went in there!!!

Cute, Cozy Cottage

Great location to the beach, shopping, restaurants...anything you would need. The bed was awesomely comfortable after our host brought in a brand new mattress. Plenty of room, convenient kitchen, anything you would need for a great getaway.

Great Getaway!

The Little Rose Cottage is a sweet place with lots of access to the town of Rockport and surrounding beaches. Tommy was very accommodating and helpful. The place was clean and comfy. Thanks for the fun trip!

2024 New Year Adventures begins

We had a super time at the Little Rose Cottage relaxing and fishing. Even on the rainy days, we worked a couple puzzles and explored the area. Would highly recommend this quaint cottage equipped with comfort.

Great place!!

Nice and quiet neighborhood with great neighbours. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the kids loved how close we were to the water. We did have a few items stop working, being that we stayed there for 7 weeks, but the neighbor fixed them immediately. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for allowing us to book your place.

Rose Cottage

This listing is an adorable cottage near the heart of the Historical District of Rockport and two blocks from Water St. for walks along the bay. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We also enjoyed sitting in the backyard watching the woodpeckers make a home in a palm tree. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Perfect location!!

This cottage is exactly as described and in the most perfect location in Rockport. You are 2 blocks from the ocean and close walking distance to downtown. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The host is exceptionally responsive and accommodating. We had an unexpected travel delay and the welcome package left by the host was greatly appreciated after an extremely long day. We travel to Rockport a couple of times a year to visit family and this cottage will definitely be on our list of places to stay in the future!

The Sweetest Cottage

Our family of five had such a wonderful stay at the sweet Rose Cottage. This cottage was lovely and adorable. It was clean and perfect for our family. It is very close to the beach and made everything so easy to come back and forth. It is very close to downtown as well. There is a grill and an outside table for seating in the back. The backyard is very nice size and the property is fenced all the way around. We had no problems checking in. The property owners were wonderdul at communicating as well. The rooms are perfect and the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely come back to this cottage anytime we can. I highly recommend a stay here. You will not be disappointed.

If you want to stay in a filthy house stay here

If you like a house that smells like a dog, window that doesn’t lock, quilt that is black from filth, door that has 3 locks, dishes that are not washed, shower/tub that is rusted this is the house for you. We were to stay a mo but stayed 1 week as I had a terrible allergy attack from the condition of the house. The owners denied it all. But we took pictures. I hope no one has to go through what we did. Very rude owner. Thanks VRBO for the dump you promote!
