It is an amazing location for beach goers, boaters, fishermen and anyone just looking to relax. This spacious two-bedroom home comes with one king in the master bedroom and two queen beds in bedroom 2, each with a private bath, and the home sleeps a maximum of 6 individuals. And the home includes a very large, newly air conditioned, enclosed patio great for just relaxing, great for crafts or just reading one of the many books in the library. The home is nestled in a private neighborhood and comes with a very large outdoor entertaining area which includes the use of three grills, and a large 6 person Spa. Enjoy your downtime with free high speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV's in every bedroom. The dining table can seat 6, with two additional seats at the kitchen bar. There is plenty of onsite secured parking for a boat or jet skis. And you are just 3 minutes from downtown Rockport where you can explore the fantastic local shops, art and craft festivals, excellent marina and fishing jetties and piers, and of course the fantastic Rockport Beach.

We will soon be issuing our private concert venue schedule for Spring of 2026. We will be having local, and very talented music artists at the home, and they are free to our Guests and friends. If you enjoy fantastic live music in an open and private area, then you should contact the Host and check back often for updates. We will soon post the schedule at the bottom of this section. These artists are some of the best talents in the area and the venue dates will book within minutes of our updates on the listing platforms. Our first concert and dinner was exceptional.
