Getting Around:

Bankers Hill is a very walkable neighborhood but a car is the best way to get around San Diego. Uber / Lyft are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OUTDOOR AREA/PATIO IS NOT AVAILABLE AND DOES NOT BELONG TO THIS UNIT. USE OF THE SPACE WILL RSULT IN A 200.00 FINE FROM THE HOA.



QUIET HOURS FROM 9PM-8AM:

To be kind to the neighbors, any loud noise levels have a STRICT 9pm curfew please.

The HOA is cracking down on excessive noise here. If any noise complaints are received, it is considered a violation of the rules and can result in a termination of the stay without refund.

Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them, no mailbox access. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
