If you're looking for near beach (10 minutes) with private pool this is good spot. Also very convenient to grocery stores and many other necessities.

Nice house and pool, elementary school abutting the backyard so school bells in the morning, kids out for recess... just something to be aware of.

Great location and pool!

We stayed during the IWLCA Lacrosse tournament. The location was great and the athletes enjoyed the pool after hard games. Property management was really responsive and we had no issues. Would stay again

The home was just as it appears in the listings. It was very convenient to shopping and easy location for the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

Great place!

My grandson had little league baseball tournament over the weekend so we needed a place to stay. So much better than a hotel and actually cheaper that we were able to spread out, cook a meal and relax. Next time I will book an extra day or 2 so we can enjoy the area.

Comfortable well situated home

The property was neat and clean and the bed comfortable for sleeping. We loved lounging by the pool and it’s only a 15 minute drive to the beach on Anna Maria Island. The house was well situated near restaurants, grocery stores- really everything you could want.

Excellent Florida Spot

Our family was visiting this area for a large National lacrosse tournament, location was IDEAL. Close to good, shopping and tournament fields. Pool was an added bonus after a long day of games!

Great place for a family trip!

Perfectly location that’s only a short drive to the beach, plenty of restaurants, and baseball fields if you’re in town for spring training. Only 20 minutes to Anna Maria Island. The house is well equipped and even has some beach items to use. The heated pool was a great temperature for March swimming and was serviced regularly. My family and I hope to return next year!

Great property!

Great stay at sunny skies! The house was very clean AMI was very responsive! The only thing we needed to reach out about was regarding a low battery light on the pool door, and they were there within hours to replace. Everything was super easy to find and the house was safe for three kids under 6. Pool was warm and wonderful. Thank you!

Never having done this before I was nervous but this property didn’t disappoint. Exactly what I needed for a get-a-way from the cold north. Great spot close to beaches

Would definitely recommend. This place is clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Only about a 8 min drive to Holmes beach. Stores and restaurants and very close by. Beach chairs provided, lots of towels. The pool was clean and very well heated. The only cons to be aware of are there is frequent air traffic above so there is a bit of noise from that, personally it didn’t really bother us. You should also be aware that the host doesn’t provide much in terms of household items there is only one garbage bag per trash can no condiments , coffee filters, salt and pepper, limited toilet paper. Not a deal breakers tho :) Thanks for the great stay.

The Perfect house

I think we were the second or third family that stayed in this house in July. We decided to give it a try, even with only one good review and it was a great choice! The house is beautiful inside and outside! Very well equipped, clean, updated, and close to the beaches. If I could suggest two simple things, it would be drapes in bedrooms and some tablecloth/placemats so it will maintain the table better (especially when traveling with kids - our case). We own a cleaning company and we can assure you that the house was cleaned and smelled so good. Our family had so much fun and we will be back. Thanks for everything!!!!

I loved the house the location.

Had a few issues one had really really hard time getting in . It was very late and no one was able to help me. 2 bring your own toilet paper 1 ply isn't the best. Also if going to do laundry you will need to bring your detergent . The last not writing on here I handled with texting .

Lovely property!

I was hesitant since their were no previous reviews. Don't be! Loved our stay and would book again. House and grounds have been newly renovated with care and thought. Bright and clean with modern touches. As an owner of several vrbo properties myself, we always look for new ideas and standards. The owners thought out comfort and needs and did an excellent job. We rented in July to visit/watch our daughter playing in Collegiate softball summer league. Bonus the house just happened to be 1 mile from the fields. The pool is perfectly sized for our 8 year old to be on tiptoes in the "deep end" and he was in love. There are alarms on pool door and windows to add security that your little one doesn't exit without you knowing. Keyless entry is always a plus for rentals. Plenty of towels and bedding, pots, pans, etc in the kitchen. New stainless appliances and new countertops. A great value for a perfect rental. The house is well located with close access to grocery and restaurants. Oh and the beach, not my thing but we did go, conviently about 5 miles down the road. A definite must stay if your looking for a great place to rent. I do believe we were the first or one of the first to rent the home. So there were a couple of small issues that didn't affect our stay that needs addressing... The dryer vent hose was not connected to the wall, the outlet on right side of stove trips the ground fault breaker on the left side. One of the window pool alarms fell off at 2 am, lol, we taped it up but needs reattaching properly. I would add some room darkening curtains to master bedroom as the morning sun is very bright. (We bought 2 car window sunblockers to prop up in window for our stay).

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr nett und hat vor allem eine tolle Lage - nah zu den StrĂ€nden und zum Einkaufen. Nur die Sauberkeit ließ insbesondere im Außen- und Poolbereich zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Wir wĂŒrden das Haus aber immer wieder mieten.

Ein bisschen enttÀuscht

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren bereits in diesem Haus. Unser erste Eindruck im Vergleich zu 2022: der Pool war nicht ganz sauber, es lag ziemlich viel Dreck auf dem Boden. Der Teppich draußen auf der Terrasse und auch der Teppich drinnen, da waren noch viele Hundehaare zu sehen. Leider war kein Staubsauger da. Wischer auch Fehlanzeige. Es musste alles gekauft werden, sogar einen KĂŒhlbox (vor 2 Jahre war einer da. Die KĂŒhlakkus, die wir vor 2 Jahre gekauft hatten und da gelassen hatten, auch weg). Alles mit allem war der Aufenthalt prima. Der Pool wurde sogar 2x die Woche kontrolliert, nachdem wir das AMI gemeldet hatten. AMI sollte vielleicht öfters vorbeischauen und nach dem Rechten schauen. Es sind recht viele Gebrauchsspuren. Wir hĂ€tten es toll gefunden, wenn zB. passende Kaffeefilter da gewesen wĂ€ren. Wir haben unsere da gelassen fĂŒr die nĂ€chsten GĂ€ste. Salz und Pfeffer haben wir diesmal nicht da gelassen, sonst lassen wir es auch da. Naja, das Wetter war toll und das hat das meiste vergessen lassen.

Great stay for baseball and the beach

Close to IMG, close to the beach. Comfy beds, great pool. The rental company was great at communication and resolving any concerns. Well stocked kitchen. My only suggestion is to have a few coffee filters available for the coffee pot and perhaps some packets of salt and pepper. Enjoyed our stay.
